You are either not sure of what you are saying or you are simply guessing. 99% of my friends who graduated from the only state University in Imo state and who previously applied for the recruitment all got the IV text including my humble self.

I doubt that is true cos its against Policy on employment In Nigeria

Anybody from Cross River State? I just got back from Cross River State Command, the officer i met was doubting me that they have not started sending text messages to any state, and DSS text can not be written on week days only on saturdays. I didn't want to argue with him because some of the officers don't really what is really going on concerning the recruitment exercise.
