I mean they all entered together. Kabaka then ordered his boys to entered, I mean those that were standing outside the compound n when they also entered, Kabaka moved forward and his boys moved forward as well and Kabaka commanded his boys to move forward, I mean those at the back. They all moved forward immediately.

I built my latest house at 2200/2500/2700 per bag in 2018/19

Highest I bought a bag lastly was at 5500.
I'd rather used that 9500 per bag money to install solar for my tenants and increase my rent!

Since the price of cement started going up, there have serious drop in its demand. Even before then, most of the contractors will only buy from you if you can slightly alter the uniform price for dem cos there's a lot of people dat will do that if u can't.

... Go round cement shops today, they will tell you they have no products and their shops will be locked but tell them you'll buy one bag at 15k....you will get a thousand bags ASAP.
Cement shop is not a thiefs first choice... "Only one bag of cement, body go tell you".... So a cement shop can be opened unprotected during faylight and nothing go happen!
