The fact that dis pple hav our data, I am believing they are going to be making selected states available for each PCM to choose from.

For example if u are from enugu state, they are likely not to make any of d south eastern states part of d options for u while also considering d schl u graduated from.so u may b left with options frm d north central/east nd southwest (Jst for illustration)

Kind of but from statistics, they don't actually follow that pattern. I have observed that in a set for dept say A, they might just push most of them to a particular geographical zone. They know how they do their stuff, let's just leave it to them...
