- With the issue of racism eating deep into the society, the movie has become a welcomed relief - So much that it is even celebrated in churches With the release of the blockbuster black superhero movie, Black Panther, people of colour especially black people, are taking pride in the movie as it portrayed the true African heritage in the fictitious country known as Wakanda. The excitement has become widespread with several people acting out plays based on the movie. Toys and costumes based on the characters in the movie are selling out fast. The movie is so loved that it is even celebrated in church. An American church identified as Trinity United Church are currently the talk of the town in the US. The pastor and his choristers reportedly made a grand entrance into the church clad in Black Panther costumes.
