TheRealAdonye: Graduate trainees would start as Associate 1 and can be either in Advisory or Audit/ Tax depending on what you applied for and you should be moved to the next level after a period. The Apprenticeship program would also enable you be moved to Associate 2 but I believe unlike the Graduate trainees, it is not assured. It depends greatly on performance.
This doesn't mean that the trainees don't have to perform but to be retained, the apprentices need to be on top of their game.
Also, the apprenticeship program is only for TAX. The boss has spoken! |

ascapella: August for the Apprentices folks. Graduate Trainee should be July if we are to go by previous year’s thread You are right. Mails should come in by July. That is what Madam Toyin said. |

ascapella: Is it so hard to listen to simple instructions and not derail this thread?. There is a thread dedicated to the apprenticeship recruitment already, why not stick to it! Like seriously, it is getting annoying. Just 3 post before, Funmilee dropped the link to the dropbox download but some people will still ask for past questions through email. I really do not understandl. Pls, there is a dedicated thread for the apprenticeship recruitment. |
