Saw this question on Facebook, Should a separate soak away be dug for bathroom water and kitchen waste? That is, a soakaway for bathroom water, and another soakaway for kitchen waste. |

olukaygold: Save yourself the headache; just ask for the installer’s price per square meter. Requesting a detailed breakdown of a quotation often leads to inflated costs and exaggerated material estimates, especially when the artisan is the one handling the purchase and you’re not familiar with the materials. On our ongoing project, I charged my client ₦9,000 per square meter; this not only reduced her total cost but also saved her from unnecessary stress and price manipulation. Is 9000 included with the materials, sir? Secondly, what's the location of your current project? I would like to know if our site is also within the same location. Thank you for your quick response. |

topsy23: Full conduit is better as TwinsKenny said earlier. Leaving your cables inside the ceiling void without protecting is not the best practice. Safely and Protection is very key to avoid bridging of cable(live and neutra).
Those are okay if he's buying correct materials. Let him him give you analysis of what he plan to install I. e BEDROOM 1 Double socket 3 TV point 1 Recessed light 4 AC switch 1 Water heater connection point/ switch 1 Thank you for your efforts, sir. I'd appreciate your review of the provided quote to ensure it aligns with your initial recommendations. Could you also provide a customized quote for a standard 4-bedroom bungalow, including solar power integration and other stuff neeesed for a stand 4bedroom flat? This will greatly assist me in moving forward with the project. |

God speed .. Thank you, sir. Regarding the quotes, do you think they're reasonable? Unfortunately, I won't be able to supervise the work in person since I'm currently out of the country. |

I've decided to create an account because I need help understanding the quotes an electrician provided me.
The quotes are for both full conduit piping and half conduit piping. I've attached the quotes for your reference.
The project location is Ile-Ise Awo, Idi Ori, Abeokuta.
Thank you.
