How long did it takes to rectify yours?

I need help concerning correction of dob on waec.
I went to waec office at Ojo, Lagos.
Done all the requirements, with an overdraft of 10,000 naira since 27th November 2018.
When I checked online now, I found that it has NOT been corrected.
And I have went there more than 5 times to confirm from the amendment department.
The office is locked, some of the officers there told me, they were attending to exams, that after the exam.

The issue is Nysc portal is open for registration and I can't register as a result of this.

Please what can I do fast?
