They are real teststream questions. If you have at least 50 in each of verbal and numerical test, then you will be allowed to write the psychometric test. If not, don't bother

Prepare for a panel interview. Each panel consist of five interviewers. Be ready to answer Normal interview questions like
1. Tell us about yourself
2. Why should we hire you
3. What do you know about Access Bank and why Access Bank
4. Know every details on your CV.

Over all, Be yourself because they are very nice people. Don't put unnecessary pressure on yourself. Just be calm and don't be shy.

Please dress appropriately
For guys, Suit and tie is a must
For ladies, avoid heavy make up because it's not a dinner party, It's an interview. So keep it simple.
