Yes Anambra was the best performing state when he was Governor and you cannot compare Anambra and very young state with meager resources to Lagos state that have been built and super developed by the colonial masters and federal government of Nigeria before Tinubu came to Lagos from Iragbiji Osun State.

Check your source very well sir Anambra state wasn't the best state in Nigeria during Obi's tenure. The same Obi who couldn't fix Anambra in 8yrs, he's now promising to fix Nigeria in 4yrs.
