About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Chinese Translator to support Chinese personnel in the Production Center. The role involves providing accurate oral and written translation between Chinese and English, facilitating effective communication on the production floor, and assisting with daily production-related coordination to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time oral translation between Chinese and English during production activities, meetings, trainings, and daily work instructions in the Production Center.

Translate production-related documents, work instructions, safety guidelines, and internal communications accurately and timely.

Assist Chinese production staff in communicating effectively with Nigerian employees, supervisors, and other departments.

Support coordination of production activities by conveying instructions, feedback, and reports between Chinese and local teams.

Assist in ensuring that production procedures, safety rules, and operational standards are clearly understood and properly implemented on the shop floor.

Perform other production-support and coordination tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification. Prior experience as a Chinese–English translator, especially in a manufacturing or industrial environment, is an added advantage.

Strong proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Ability to translate technical or production-related terms accurately.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications are an added advantage.

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Control Officer to ensure that all products and processes meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections and tests, documenting quality results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1) Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and company procedures.
2) Conduct routine quality checks, measurements, and tests; identify defects or non-conformities, and report findings to the relevant departments for corrective action.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support the smooth daily operations of our office. The role involves handling administrative and logistical tasks, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring a well-maintained office environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-driven, and capable of working independently while supporting employees and management across various office functions.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations and ensuring that business processes run efficiently and effectively. The COO works closely with senior management to implement strategic plans, optimize operational performance, and drive sustainable growth while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensively coordinate the daily operational management of the factory, formulate and implement core operational systems for production, quality, logistics, and safety, ensure the factory operates efficiently and orderly, and achieve annual production goals and business targets.
2. Lead the formulation and execution of the factory's production plans, allocate human, material, and financial resources reasonably, optimize production processes, reduce production costs, improve production efficiency and product qualification rates, and ensure timely order delivery.
3. Establish and improve the factory's safety management system and quality management system, strictly comply with Nigerian labor laws, environmental protection regulations, and industry standards, organize safety training and quality control activities, and prevent major safety accidents and mass quality issues.
4. Be responsible for building and managing the local factory team, including recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and motivating local employees, creating a cohesive and high-performing operations team, while coordinating cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth internal communication.
5. Connect with Nigerian local government departments, industry associations, suppliers, and customers, maintain good public relations, handle various external affairs during factory operations, and create a stable external environment for factory development.
Job Requirements:
1. Native of Africa, aged 35-45, with a bachelor's degree or higher; majors in business administration, engineering management, production operations, or related fields are preferred. Must have over 5 years of experience in manufacturing factory operations management, and experience in cross-cultural business operations is a plus.
2. Familiar with local laws and regulations, business environment, and manufacturing industry trends in Nigeria, particularly knowledgeable about local industry policies and labor market conditions in Ogun State. Able to quickly adapt to local operational needs and independently solve local operational issues.
3. Solid knowledge of production and operations management, proficient in core operational areas such as production planning, process optimization, quality control, and cost management. Able to improve factory operational efficiency and profitability through scientific management.
4. Excellent team leadership, communication and coordination, and problem-solving skills. Capable of effectively managing local teams and motivating staff, while also possessing strong cross-departmental collaboration awareness and the ability to handle external relationships.
