well I don't know but I think the payooner card maybe of help in this case ,I was told it comes with a usa bank account .once u can set it up I don't think u will have an problems .but pls pls pls don't try to get all those usa paypal ,it is very risky

Thanks a lot. I sell lots of PSPs, just thinking of moving to Vita for better profit. I can get good game cards as well,if that's what it takes to sell the Vita.

In less than 1minute, the download has gone from 74.15% to 81.93%

It means your item was heading to a wrong address, and has probably now been forwarded to the correct address.
it also means plenty things though, but the zip code where it ends as delivered, will tell u the final story.

I don't know why USPS does that, even when seller prints recipient address correctly.
