I thought the HoR representative is normally chosen on the basis of tribe, which roughly approximates to the CONSTITUENCY even more than the president. Did I miss something

This can only happen when our vote count and when we see ourselves 1st as a Nigerian before considering tribal or any other sentimental affiliations which our politicians always use to divide us for their own interest and ambitions. Let the masses ensure we reject any politician found wanting in any corrupt practices or any one that lacks leadership attribute and tendencies that would impede the development of our nation!!!.
