My University issued English proficiency letter for me and was signed by the Registrar.

Yes, I would be going to University of Sunderland (London campus though) soon.
I didn't present IELTS result, I only used my WAEC result and English letter from my University.
The deposit in my offer letter is 2000 and not 3500.

Which course are you going for? Masters or Undergraduate?
You can as well get in touch with the country representative to ask more questions.

The offer stated that I provide an IELTS result even though I uploaded my neco. What can I do as I don’t intend writing the exam?

They also said £3500 deposit and Full payment of the balance upon registration/enrollment. This one is not an issue though.

Am seeing ..RESTRICTED WORK NO PUBLIC FUND in my vignette as a partner dependent..Is it normal or mistake?

I don't think there is any specific answer or short cut to this, just encourage her to go for the test. Hope she took some medications while on isolation to cure the covid. I don't know these medications though.
Also, for her own good, aside the UK visa, it is necessary for her to know her status after the 14 days isolation.

A friend tested positive to covid a day to her trip. She has isolated for 10 days and she wants to go and retest after 14 days. She is afraid that she might be positive again. Any help or advice on what she can do to be negative?

I don't know where to start but these last 42 days have been something else for me but I thank God the end of it is sweet.

Submission - 10th December
(28 day count started on 7th December. This was the primary cause of my sleepless nights when people told me I should have waited for the 28 days to be complete before submitting, that it's automatic refusal. Some even asked me to cancel the application and start again. This was difficult for a family of 5 so we prayed about it and moved on - God answers prayers o)

Biometrics- 7th January (standard)
Now the long wait began.

Non straightforward mail - 25th January (12th working day)
Like play like play, it reached 29 working days. No mail, nothing. Hmm!

Decision confirmation mail - 15th February
After several mails and back and forth with UKVI

Collection mail - 17th February

Collection - 18th February
All 5 of us got our visas
