The timetable drops as a 12-column PDF. You hunt for your 8 courses, copy the dates by hand, and pray you didn't read across the wrong row.

Xamio does it for you.

Upload the timetable → add your course codes → it pulls out only your exams and sends them to your calendar.

Free. Under a minute. Nothing reaches your calendar until you've confirmed it.

I'm a Nigerian dev — I built this because I needed it. Try it, and it's free. Save yourself stress

I wanted to share something that's actually made a real difference for me this semester.

If you've ever received an exam timetable — that dense, multi-faculty grid with hundreds of course codes crammed into it — you know the drill: you scroll through looking for your own courses, then manually type each date and time into your phone calendar. One typo, and you could genuinely miss an exam.

I'm part of a small team that built a free tool to fix exactly this — it's called Xamio.

What it does:

Upload your timetable (PDF, photo/screenshot, Excel, Word, or CSV — whatever format your school gives you)
Tell it which courses you're registered for
It reads even messy, multi-column grids and pulls out each exam's code, date, time, and venue
Every date gets double-checked against your original document, so nothing gets mixed up
You get a synced Google Calendar / .ics file, plus email reminders before each exam
The whole thing takes under a minute.

It's completely free to use: https://xamio.app

We're still early, so if you try it, I'd really appreciate your honest feedback in this thread — what worked, what didn't, anything that felt confusing. We're actively improving it based on real use.
