if your original school has given you admission, then you go back to the school and decline the first admission. you might be ask to pay 10k.
OR
you go to your original school and pay Jamb regularisation fee

You can accept the course if you want to.I don't think you can change in your second year because the two courses re from different faculty

yes you can use your parent own if they pay tax in Ogun state.keep on checking jamb website, they will upload it before the verification start
