1. Bio Data Form.
2. Entry Qualifications.
3. Other forms as may be required.
After submitting your Bio Data and Entry
Qualification Form online Print these
forms which include: Verification Form and
Bio Data Form respectively .
Click on Print Acceptance Receipt
Proceed to the Academic Affairs Office for
your 1st Verification and your Faculty for
2nd Verification
(a) Present to the Registration Officer,
the originals and one set of photocopies of
the following documents arranged
separately in the order shown below:
Verification/Personal Data Form
PUTME Receipt
Acceptance Fee Receipt
UTME Score Result
Post UTME Result
O’level Result
Diploma Result and other entry
requirements (for DE Candidates
only)
Birth Certificate.
Tax Clearance Certificate OR
N10, 000.00 Ogun State Tax
Receipt
JAMB Admission Letter.
(b) Counter-sign the verification
forms at the College/Faculty Offices.

Okay.you need to take alot of things, firstly Eat well before going, secondly drink water well because you Will walk like no send you and thirdly be patient especially at the medical center,because you will do alot of test and they re free.

0-39:F0,40-44:E1,45-49:D2,50-59:C3,60-69:B3,70-100:A5.this is the grade that the school is using (if am not mistaken, all universities).
To calculate your Great point(GP),it depend on the unit of the course, for example if is GNS 102(which is 2unit course) if you have C3 that means 3*2=6point.(if the course is 3unit,then it will be 3*3=9point)Now to GP, you will calculate others like this too and add all the point together,then you divide it with the total unit of course you registered for the semester(total is 24units/98=4.08)4.08 is your GP which is second class upper

Instead of returning the money to them,why can't they just put it on their portal that you don't need to pay for the next session,just go to your profile and print receipt.... I sense something here...

To every one wondering wat I'm saying, Study the receipt he posted , Zoom it and you will see that someone altered it...

I Think you yourself should study the receipt well,the amount written in words re very clear.mind you Doctors writing re not always legible
