Job Description We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We will rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to work with the Market- facing teams to build a rapport with customers. The candidate is also expected to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Requirements Good written and oral communication skills Sound Credit Analysis Skills Good Excel Skills Strong problem solving skills At least two years relevant experience in a financial services environment Demonstrable Knowledge of customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices Customer-centric mind-set Team-work and leadership skills Possession of a good degree in Management/Social Sciences or other relevant fields.
