ComputersRe: Browse Free On Pc Using Airtel by sampete(op): 6:23am On Jul 27, 2014
I actually stumbled on this cheat wen I so needed to download a file. All you need for this cheat to work is a zain simple server, which I believed has already
been uploaded here on this website. You also need a zain data bundle, of at-least 1mb. Note: this cheat doesn't work without data, it however doesn't matter how small d data is. You can test run it wit the free 1mb zain do
give using this code: *141*13*1#. The amazing part is you can use just this 1mb to download files dat are more than 1Gig. Note, this 1mb can only be given to you once. After I exhausted the 1mb, I subscribed to a zain 10mb one day plan (*141*1#) I used the 10mb to download files of about 14Gig or more.....mostly high quality movies frm gannol.com,
Itz still remaining 5mb wen I checked this morny.
So here are the steps..................
1) subscribe to any cheap data plan of ur choice, there is dat of 10mb for one day,(100 naira) or u can go for dat of 4mb for one day(50 naira).....
2) download d zain simple server if u don't already have it, new here. Don't know how to upload it. Open and minimize d simple server as usual.....
3) configure ur browser wit 127.0.0.1: port
8080....datz all Note: I've done a lot of experiment on this cheat.
For instance I tried to see if subscribing to a zain whatsapp unlimited plan would make it work for life, I'm sorry to say dat it didn't work, Itz only works with actual data, you just have to spend a little money, at most 100naira to really enjoy this tweak. This cheat is good for people who download huge files on
pc, wit 100 naira, one can download more than
15Gig within a day..... This tweak Is however open for more experiment to make it better. Itz tested and Itz working...I've been using it for like 5days now...this is just my little way of saying thank you to the owner of this site.

PhonesRe: Resolving The Dilemma Of Unsolicited Text Messages by sampete(op): 9:57am On Jul 12, 2014
sampete: There is something
discomforting about the manner
in which the Nigeria
Communications Commission
(NCC) is handling what has
become the nuisance of
unsolicited messages by Value
Added Service (VAS) providers.
Last week, the commission
issued what was at best a weak
warning, calling on VAS providers
to send all unsolicited messages
on the networks between 8.00
am and 8.00 pm.
“Warning letters have been sent
to all VAS providers, directing
that all unsolicited messages or
telemarketing activities within
the networks could be done
from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm,’’ the
commission said.
Perhaps the warning was in
response to the growing outcry
by Nigerian mobile
telecommunications subscribers
about the irritating unsolicited
messages that networks or VAS
providers send almost on daily
basis, even at unholy hours.
If it was, then it demonstrates
that the NCC does not fully
comprehend the concerns of
network subscribers.
To the best of our
understanding, Nigerians were
not just complaining about the
hours during which unsolicited
messages are sent. They were
complaining about more serious
violations of privacy by network
providers and VAS.
Indeed telemarketing and
advertising is growing popular in
Nigeria because of the nation’s
teledensity and because it is a
relatively cheaper way of
promoting brands and
businesses.
With its growth, telemarketing
has brought more pains than
gains to Nigerian mobile
subscribers, especially because it
is either not regulated or poorly
regulated.
It has become common for
subscribers to receive multiple
text messages from unidentified
sources advertising brands or
products.
Some corporate organisations
have even gone as far as sharing
the data of their customers with
sister organisations or even
clients seeking such data without
regard for the existing guidelines
provided to VAS providers by the
NCC.
This trend has been going on for
years without serious
intervention from the NCC, the
Consumer Protection Council or
other relevant authorities.
Now is the time for it to stop. It is
the time for the VAS sector of the
telecommunication industry to
be fully regulated by the NCC. In
doing so, the regulatory body
must accept that the challenges
transcend times of the day when
unsolicited messages should be
sent.
Perhaps, we should remind the
NCC of its own guidelines to VAS
providers as presented below.
1. Service Subscription –
Subscribers have a right to
privacy; therefore on no
circumstance should a
provider send an
unsolicited message to a
non-subscriber. Approval
must be obtained prior to
sending commercial SMS
messages and other Value
Added Services. Subscriber
approval pertains only to
the specific programme to
which the consumer
subscribed.
2. Service providers must not
send, or have others send
on their behalf, unsolicited,
random or untargeted
telecommunications
messages (SPAM).
3. Advertising and Promotion
– All advertising and
promotions must clearly
indicate whether a service
is a subscription; terms and
conditions of programme
clearly stated; service
pricing information is
clearly and conspicuously
indicated.
4. The consumer must have
the right to ‘opt-in’ or ‘opt-
out’ of any promotion or
program/service, whether
subscription based or
otherwise.
5. No Value Added Service may
be promoted as being
“free” if it involves any
charge whatsoever to the
consumer. No product or
service may be described as
“free” if it is obtainable only
by the use of a premium
rate service involving
acharge to the customer.
6. Text messages sent and
received by consumer must
be stored by the service
provider for a period of six
months or any period
determined to be
reasonable by the service
provider. There should be
no hidden charges. Any
associated charges for
services rendered should be
disclosed.
7. Service providers must build
safeguard measures to the
satisfaction of the regulator
to ensure that no sexually
suggestive or explicit
material is transmitted in
the course of the service.
8. Messages that must not be
premium – for SMS
containing help and error
messages or other general
information or for
messages requesting for
information or stopping a
service, the Value Added
Service provider must not
charge the end user.
9. Customer support – The
Value Added Service
provider is obliged to
maintain customer support
on all services. Complaints
shall be dealt with within
areasonable time frame.
Where a complaint is not
being approved, reasons
anddecision must be
conveyed to the
complainant within a
reasonable time.
10. Value Added Service
providers shall implement
appropriate mechanisms to
ensure and make available
by appropriate means at
least two methods of
directly contacting the
service provider. In this
regard, all advertisement
must include the name,
telephone numbers and
contact details of the
relevant Value Added
Service provider.
11. Value Added Service
Provider shall adhere to the
Quality of Service
Regulations and other
regulations issued by the
Commission.
The NCC must now ask itself if
licensed VAS providers or the
networks are following any of
these guidelines.
Nigerian mobile subscribers have
been mistreated for too long. The
regulator must now step in and
deal with the more serious
issues, not merely talk about
time.

PhonesRe: Iphone3 by sampete(m): 4:43am On Dec 18, 2013
you have to ascertain if your iPhone is factory unlocked, by factory unlocked i mean if the phone has been unlocked from the network carrier it was formerly locked to, there are several ways to unlocked an iPhone, if your iPhone for instance was jail-broken and the network carrier was unlocked using a third party software then there is every possibility that you will lose your unlock status when you upgrade your iPhone to the latest version. if your iPhone is not jail-broken, then you are free to proceed to the next step, first, download the latest version of iTunes software from this website http://filehippo.com that is if u don't already have it, search for it using the search tab, then download. After downloading iTunes install it and let me know.

Nigeria is gradually becoming a war zone. State of emergency my ass! How can you declare a state of emergency as a president on states generally acknowledged as war zones and you let the political office holders in such state to still remain in power. What then is the essence of declaring a state of emergency?
