Passport delivered: Oct 30, Visa application denied.
Reason: The truthfulness of the reasons alleged to apply for the visa has not been proven.
Took them 7 weeks to make this decision.

Guys, I’ve been trying to book a visa appointment on BLS site. Anyone successful recently in getting an appointment or what’s the way to go.

Try the walk-in option.

I'll advise you go through thr tread from the beginning, I'm sure you'll pick an opinion or two on this.
I don't think any one person here is in a position to provide advice.

If that's the case then nobody should be getting visa approval, cause if they can just make that general assumption, what's the point of the whole process.

After spending so much on translation, legalisation , paying insurance and school fees. The next thing is rejection.

It's really crazy cause they won't say why exactly it was rejected, just that there isn't enough justification... what other justification is needed for a student visa especially when school fees has already been paid.

Please can anyone help confirm if Swisscare health insurance is still acceptable. I submitted it for my visa application now I'm hearing Bls no longer accepts it.

Portal is open now.
I just booked appointment now.

And no lead or mention of when they are likely to open the booking portal?

This is actually true, I was there yesterday and got same feedback. They're not taking appointments currently.
It's getting frustrating.

I actually just went to the BLS office today for the Walk In option. I was told that Its isn't available now.

This is because there hasn't been appointments for a while now, the office is also empty.

I was told that the walk in option is only available when appointments are ongoing. In that case, if someone misses theirs, the person seeking Walk In can be given the slot, at an extra cost.
