i know these guy are smart i have a glo first card, it is not linked to any account the bank do not ask for much details before dey give you one cos they are intrested in the money dey are going to collect everytym u use it so if thats wot u want to trace it would lead to a dead end but if it is a normal account, they can open with fake address fake utility bill but not with fake pictures
so first try to get the pic linked to that account
if this guy real intended to dupe you (which i think he did) the pic you have of him might be fake too
and the other time i was watching crime time on NTA a scammer from lagos call to treaten a woman in Benin and asked her to pay some else,
tell you wot she reported to the police who wrote a letter to glo (the network of the scammer) and they trace and tracked his call until days later his brother and friend was arrested (atleast thats wot the arrested guies said they were to the real person who did the treaten(lies!! )). well this smartking of a guy could be smart but they alway leave trace if you could do ur homework very well you would get him dont b afriad to go to the police 100k an big money even if na just for christmas
