For studying in Germany, I suggest to get in touch with the University's faculty's student associations directly. They provide better responses that if you'd contact the generic university pages.

FYI, I am from Gambia and currently working for a local German employment company: https://universalhires.com/solutions/employer-of-record-eor-peo-germany/. We currently look for interns in our Berlin office to assist with BD for German companies going to Africa.
