As a matter of fact, the two countries are still sitting on a round table trying to fast-track the delivery. This is ridiculous especially on the side of the US. Imagine the level of carnage those terrorists have done in four years while we waiting for these equipments that had already been paid for to be delivered. YET we're very quick to blame the Government and the military as if the military would load empty helicopters with firecrackers to go fight the terrorists. Imagine what additional 12 attack helicopters would have done in 4years.
