I have 8years working as Electrical/Instrumentation Technician and my education qualification is National diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
I want to carry out my education assessment, will my diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering from Nigeria polytechnic fetch me 10points?

I am HND holder (lower credit) in Electrical Electronic engineering with 4years working experiences in engineering firm and I am 31yrs old.
I want to enrol in any universities or colleges in Canada for my Post graduate diploma or certificate since HND can't be used for direct master program.

My requests:
1. House, Can you kindly list schools that I use my HND certificate to enrol for my PGD in Canada.
