Form this information you have given, I don't see any reason why your had that rejection. Anyways as you have uploaded another scanned copy of your i-20, kindly create a ticket also concerning this issue. They might give you a logic reason why you had the rejection

Yes I created a ticket, but they said they are not able to give a reason why it was rejected

When is your resumption date?

Did you sign your i-20 before uploading?

Have you paid your servis fee?

Did you upload a very clear copy of your i-20?

My resumption date is 23rd of January
Yes, I signed my I 20
And yes I’ve paid my SEVIS fee
Concerning uploading clear copy of the I 20 ( I snapped it, i did not scan)

But i’ve just uploaded it again. I’ve scanned it clearly and I’ve uploaded it again just now.

And can this also be the cause of the rejection…. On my DS 160 form, the date of arrival i put there is 20th and I still put the same date as date of travel when they asked on the AVITS website I.e before the pre approval stage

Hey boss,sorry about ur visa delay, will want you not to be too emotional about it, just will advice you to work more on how to get funding, everything is possible with God and hardwork ,try to contact the graduate school that gave you admission about funding

Hello, good evening. Please I’ve been stucked in the pre approval stage for almost a month but i recently received a rejection mail from the embassy saying that my pre approval request was rejected and they didn’t state any reasons. Though I faced an issue when uploading my I 20… my I 20 document was about 62mb and i uploaded it that way, I was not aware about it until i uploaded it. So now I really don’t know the next step I should take, I’ve chatted the support service but they’re saying I should create ticket, please what can I do about this and could it be that it was that error i encountered with the I 20 that made my pre approval request got rejected? And please what’s the required size for the I 20 document when uploading. I’ll patiently await your kind response and guidance…thanks .

Brother, to be sincere with you,it cannot be influence by anybody, I just follow the suggestion been raised here ,which is sending email and attach my mrv and sevis receipt with my 1-20 and i support it prayer

Okay thanks, did you send those documents as attachment or inline with the mail, because one of the customer support told me that they don’t open any attachment…?

Me: Out of 3 University I applied to,I chose temple university based on their research out and the Research facility at school of Engineering which align perfectly when to my career

Please i really need your help on how to pass through this pre approval stage. I’ve been stuck there for long. I’ve called and chatted the customer support but they keep saying I should wait. I’ve also raised several tickets and sent mail but nothing yet, please I’d really appreciate if you can assist me on how to get past this stage, thanks and congratulations once again!

I just placed a call and follow the prompts and I was able to speak to a representative who is working on it right now and promised to make the next available date open and with a mail notification aswell.

Please I’d be happy if someone can help me out… I’ve been stucked in the pre approval request stage for about 2 weeks now and I’ve paid my MRV fee and SEVIS fee. I’ve been emailing them with my proof of payment and I-20 but nothing yet. Tho while i was trying to upload my I-20 on the AVITS website, I encountered as issue whereby the size of my I-20 is larger than the required size but i wasn’t notified about that until when I clicked submit and i wasn’t asked to re upload… it just said it has been uploaded successfully… can someone hem me out please?
Is that the reason the pre approval request stage is been delayed?

It's still the same ooo. I messaged them again yesterday and they said they would forward my details to them.
Should I chat with them again today?

Please someone should help me out… I’ve been trying to chat them but they keep saying one of the customer support will get in touch with me as soon as possible but I don’t get anyone to attend to me…

Hello everyone, please I’ve been facing an issue with Scheduling an appointment. After Submitting my Ds 160 form and getting my confirmation number. I tried scheduling an appointment on the usvisaappt website, but whenever I enter my Ds 160 confirmation number it keeps saying invalid, please can anyone help me out of this ? 🥲
