A woman who celebrated her 107th birthday on Wednesday shared her secret to living a long life: stay single. Louise Signore, who lives in the Bronx in New York, maintains a healthy diet and exercises regularly. But she believes the real reason why she's enjoyed more than a century is because she never tied the knot. "If they have exercise, I do the exercise. If they have dancing, I dance. I still a do a little dancing. After my lunch, I will play bingo, so I had a full day," Signore told CNN affiliate WCBS. "I think the secret of 107: I never got married. I think that's the secret. My sister says, 'I wish I never got married.'" The woman's sister is 102-years-old, WCBS reported, so longevity might run in the family. Signore celebrated her milestone with a birthday party at the Bartow Community Center in Coop City, according to WCBS. More than 100 people attended. Alelia Murphy, 114, currently holds the record for being the oldest living woman in the United States. Murphy lives in Harlem in New York, which is also where Signore was born. |
The former Blues boss wasn't renowned for giving opportunities to youth players but thinks their controversial loan system has now been vindicated Jose Mourinho thinks Chelsea’s controversial loan policy has been vindicated, as the Blues now have the players needed to cope with their transfer ban. Chelsea’s policy of hoovering up talented young players before sending them out on a seemingly never-ending succession of loan deals has drawn criticism from plenty, but it does leave them with options ahead of the new season. Incoming manager Frank Lampard is expected to put plenty of responsibility on the shoulders of players like Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount, who both starred in the Championship last season. "It depends on what you have in the academy, that's the point," Mourinho told Sky Sports. "I think every manager in the world loves to play kids from the academy. "The question is: what is the product from the academy? What can you work with to improve? "I think Chelsea is a very special club in relation to that. I just give an example: Chelsea needs a centre-back - Kurt Zouma! You don't need to buy, you don't need to spend. Zouma! "He's champion of England, he played for Chelsea, played for Stoke in the Premier League, played for Everton in the Premier League, played for France. He's your player, he's on loan, where are you going to buy a better player than him? You already have him.” Mourinho, who was sacked as Chelsea manager in 2015 with his side 16th after selling young players like Kevin de Bruyne, Mohamed Salah and Romelu Lukaku, also believes Lampard should ignore potential transfer targets and put his faith in 21-year-old Abraham. "You want a young striker - Tammy Abraham!” he said. “He's yours. He knows the club. He was made at the club, he was educated at the club. “He was on loan, he played already some matches in the Premier League, he plays in the Championship, but Championship at the highest level with the responsibility to play at a big club like Aston Villa. He's ready. "Do you need to buy a young centre forward? No! And Chelsea were criticised many times with the number of players they had on loan, more than 30 players, 40 players, but now the moment arrived and they have answers like nobody else could have.” Chelsea are going into the season with Lampard looking to improve the mood around Stamford Bridge. Despite a third-place finish, Carabao Cup final and Europa League win, Maurizio Sarri’s exit to Juventus came as a relief to many fans who are glad to see Lampard brought home after guiding Derby County to sixth in the Championship. Mourinho does see one big problem at the club – an Eden Hazard-shaped hole in the starting eleven. “The only problem for them is obvious which is that they lost a phenomenal player,” he admitted. “Eden Hazard was a special player for Chelsea and they lost him, apart from that I don't see any problem for them." |
vedaxcool:5k is not a start at all bro. Govt needs to provide jobs, free loans for start-up and conducive environment for foreign firms so as to create more jobs, that's how you alleviate people from poverty. |
FarahAideed:I also accept that it cant happen because most of the judges are stooges of Buhari and also USA banning Atiku and his family from traveling already confirmed that they want and support Buhari Administration. IT WILL TAKE A MIRACLE TO REMOVE BUHHARI!!!!!!! |

Retired Super Eagles striker OdionIghalo was the saving grace in Egypt as he rescued broke members of the national team, who were unable to reach their families while competing at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, Gernot Rohr told Sports Extra in an exclusive interview. Rohr, while lamenting Ighalo’s decision to quit the Eagles, after emerging top scorer at the AFCON with five goals, told our correspondent that the striker always exhibited his love for everyone in the team, and shouldn’t have retired when he did. Citing an instance when the Shanghai Shenhua striker displayed his love for the team, the German coach said it was Ighalo to the rescue when broke players and officials couldn’t communicate with their families from Egypt, buying Subscriber Identity Module cards and airtime for 39 members of the squad in Alexandria. “You know that I have a very close relationship with this player (Ighalo); the situation at the (2018) World Cup and after the World Cup drew us very close together,” Rohr told our correspondent in Lagos, just before returned to Germany. “He spoke to me before the tournament, about his desire to retire, I told him to wait, think about it, take rest after the World Cup, but the information came out. “I still believe that after some time (Ighalo will return to the team), because he loves his country, he loves his teammates, he has so many friends. He was able to buy the SIM cards for all the players and officials, when some players didn’t have any money after three or four weeks. He bought SIM cards in Egypt because some players could not call their families, he was the one who bought the SIM cards with credit for everybody, for the 39 people. “This is such a fantastic man, and so we will miss him very much if he is not coming back but we will see perhaps he is not definitive.” |

A West African Examination Council official, Osidehinde Adewunmi, on Wednesday, disowned the Cambridge University’s Moderated International Examination credentials produced by President Muhammadu Buhari and tendered as exhibits before the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja. The two documents earlier admitted as Exhibits 19 and 21 were Buhari’s statement of results and the broadsheet for the results of the 18 candidates who sat for the examinations in 1961. The Deputy Registrar, School Examinations in Nigeria, of WAEC, who appeared before the tribunal on a subpoena, testified before the five-man tribunal led by Justice Mohammed Garba, as Buhari’s fourth defence witness on Wednesday. He appeared in the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, challenging Buhari’s victory at the February 23, 2019 poll. Part of the grounds of the petition was that Buhari lacked the educational qualification to contest the election. When cross-examined by the counsel for the All Progressives Congress, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), Adewunmi said he, as a WAEC official, certified one of the documents bearing the name of the University of Cambridge Moderated Examination earlier tendered as Exhibit marked R21. The witness, who said he had been working with WAEC for about 30 years, told the tribunal that the examination was conducted by Cambridge University in conjunction with WAEC. He confirmed that 18 persons sat for the examinations in 1961, adding that Buhari was listed as number two on the list of candidates for the examination. He confirmed that Buhari sat for eight subjects and had five credits in the examination – Oral English, C5; History, A3; Geography, C6; Hausa, C5; and Health Science, C6. “He came out with aggregate of 32 and he was awarded Grade 2,” he confirmed. When asked, he confirmed that “whoever has this (the R21 exhibit) has secondary education”. Under cross-examination by the petitioners’ lawyer, Livy Uzoukwu (SAN), Adewunmi was asked if Exhibit R19 was a certificate, he said, “I cannot say whether it is a certificate because my signature is not on the certificate. It is not bearing my name or the name of my organisation”. Asked again, the witness said, “This document is bearing the name of Cambridge University Assessment International Education”. Asked if the document was issued by WAEC, he said, “It is not a document from the West Africa Examination Council”. Asked about Exhibit R21, he said, “This is the foundation, the primary foundation for issuance of a certificate.” The witness was also asked if the document was a certificate. “This is not a certificate,” the witness answered. When asked, he also said, “I have never worked with the University of Cambridge”. In his bid to point out out contradictions in the two documents, the petitioners’ lawyers asked the witness to compare the number of subjects listed against Buhari in them. The witness confirmed that in R21, “The number of subjects listed against the 2nd respondent (Buhari) is eight”, and in R19 “six subjects”. He also confirmed that the first name on the two documents was “Mohamed” and as against the President’s “Muhammad”. He also confirmed that WAEC registrar, Dr. Iyi Uwadae, issued a WAEC attestation certificate to Buhari on November 2, 2018. He disagreed with the petitioners’ lawyer that issuance of an attestation certificate was not limited to cases of loss or misplacement. |
President Muhammadu Buhari has rejected the calls to name the person whom he prefers to succeed him. Speaking while receiving members of the group known as Progressive in Academics (Pro-Acad) at the presidential villa, Abuja, Buhari said naming his preferred successor now will create problems for him and those making such calls. The group had asked him to start grooming a youth who will replace him when his tenure expires in 2023. But Buhari said becoming a president is not an overnight job but a painstaking process. “Succession? To me, this is very funny. If I find anybody, I will create more problems for him or her. Let those who want to be president try as much as I did,” he said. “I believe those who are interested need to know that I tried three times and the fourth time, I thank God and technology. Before they announced the result on radio and television, we got the results and those who disagreed were asked to go to court. Most of my supporters are looking for next day’s meal, they don’t have money to give to lawyers. So I said God dey! “So, the fourth time because of technology they couldn’t rig the elections, so I won. So this time around I tried to work hard. I think you have more to do as intellectuals to make sure you correct Nigeria’s intellectual development, it is very important for the next generation. “A lot of our young people are taking things for granted. Imagine to contest elections three times and ending up in the Supreme Court, it takes a lot of conviction and hard work. But people take things for granted, they say I want to be the president. As if I just to closed my eyes and opened and I got it.” |
Nigeria international Victor Osimhen has been scheduled to have his medical and finalise his move to Lille this week, according to France Football. The French Ligue 1 club agreed on a €12 million fee with Sporting Charleroi, with a bonus of €2 million and a 15% on resale. Napoli winger Adam Ounas has also emerged as a target for Lille but they face competition from Sevilla and league rivals Marseille and Nice. The chance to play in the Uefa Champions League next season could be an advantage for the Great Danes in their pursuit of the Algeria international. |
Everton have agreed a transfer fee of £27.5m, potentially rising to £36.6m with Juventus for striker Moise Kean, according to Sky in Italy The 19-year old Italy international could earn around £52,000 per week, it is reported, with a medical possible as early as Wednesday. The deal is expected to include a buy-back clause for Juve. More to follow. |
The Reds boss saw the Portugal international up close in Wednesday's friendly clash and believes he would strengthen the Red Devils Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has praised Manchester United-linked Bruno Fernandes, admitting it wouldn't be nice if the Portugal international signs for the Red Devils. The 24-year-old has reportedly been a target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side all summer as part of the Norwegian's rebuild at the club. Klopp had a front row seat to witness Sporting CP's Fernandes score and assist against his Liverpool side in a 2-2 friendly draw at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday. And he was impressed by what he saw, insisting that, should United push through a deal to sign him, he would make their rivals stronger. "If he [signs for Man Utd] then we will face him. He's obviously a really good player," Klopp said. "They have already a few really good players, so that will probably make them stronger. It's not nice, but [Man Utd's transfer dealings are] not our cup of tea, to be honest." Fernandes opened the scoring in the fourth minute against Liverpool, with his long-range shot forcing an error from Reds goalkeeper Simon Mignolet. He then showed his ability to create, springing the offside trap and beating Trent Alexander-Arnold to set up team-mate Wendel with an expertly-played pass. Fernandes caught the eye in the Primeira Liga last season with an incredible 20 goals and 13 assists as Sporting finished third and qualified for the Europa League. Sporting president Frederico Varandas has said that any transfer fee to prise Fernandes away from the club will exceed €62 million (£56m/$70m). The player himself has left the decision on his future to club authorities, but has admitted to wanting to play in the Premier League in the future. "I don't care about the transfer market. I've talked about this a lot, I don't need to talk anymore. I already said I would like to play in England," Fernandes said. |

Please, I want to seek your indulgence that some have stage fright, not that they are not brilliant. Please try to understand a few of these issues. “This Senate is a complete departure from the past. If we are to rush it, the process will not be thorough.” Asked if the ministerial-nominees who performed below expectation would still be confirmed, Adeyeye said the Senate, being an independent institution, had the right to reject any unqualified person on the list. Adeyeye said, “Absolutely, the Senate is an independent body. The constitution gives us the role to either confirm or reject nominees.” But on Tuesday, the list generated diverse reactions as the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party said it was full of incompetent and failed men. Buhari’s list full of incompetent individuals – PDP For instance, the PDP, in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Mr Kola Ologbondiyan, said Buhari’s ministerial list was colourless, stagnant, uninspiring and did not convey any sense of hope or purposeful governance. Ologbondiyan said to the utter disappointment of Nigerians, the list was replete with alleged incompetent individuals who failed in their erstwhile ministerial assignments and allegedly left their ministries in a shambles. According to him, such a ministerial list can only come from a leadership that does not have the mandate of the people. Ologbondiyan said, “The list has further shown Buhari and the APC’s insensitivity and disdain for Nigerians and it does not in any way reflect their hope and eagerness for a better Nigeria. “Furthermore, in recycling failed yesterday’s men for today’s assignment, Buhari and the APC have left no one in doubt that they have no vision to move our nation out of the economic and security predicaments into which they have plunged us in the last four years.” Buhari’s list lacks innovation – ASUU Also, the President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi, said Buhari’s list lacked innovation. He noted that the President did not attach portfolios to the names of the nominees. Ogunyemi stated, “The other observation is that there isn’t much innovation on the list. People are talking of a generation change and injecting fresh blood or a mixture of the old and the new. But the new names on the list are people who have been in the political circle for some time. I am sure the younger generation would have been looking out for a list that would have accommodated their interest and representation.” Nominees are mostly recycled politicians, says NECA Also, the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association said the ministerial nominees list contained mostly names of recycled politicians. The Director-General, NECA, Mr Timothy Olawale, said Nigerians had waited and expected to see some names of technocrats on the list, but the association discovered that the list contained mostly recycled politicians that were picked based on political patronage and mostly for their roles as party men. He said, “We had expected that with the delay by the President in constituting his cabinet, the team would be populated by professionals that had distinguished themselves in their area of calling. “That the selection would be based on merit and what they could offer by way of adding value to governance. While we cannot say those on the list cannot deliver on the government’s agenda, we note that they are mostly recycled politicians that are picked based on political patronage and mostly for their roles as party men. “We had hoped party considerations would be set aside to assemble technocrats that could lead the nation out of its current economic doldrums. “We only hope their tenure in office will be that of meritorious service to the nation and the good of the people and not marked by opportunity to recoup expenses incurred for political activities in the last elections. Nigerians are watching to assess them and it remains to be seen if they will selflessly live up to expectations.” SERAP, CACOL seek nominees’ portfolios Also, two civil society organisations, the Socio-Economic Right and Accountability Project and the Centre for Anti-Corruption and Open Leadership, faulted the ministerial-nominees’ list, saying the non-attachment of the portfolios to their names would make their screening inadequate by the Senate. The SERAP Executive Director, Adetokunbo Mumuni, said the issue of attachment of portfolios was also brought up in 2015, adding that the absence of portfolios would not ensure a thorough screening of the nominees. He said, “Let us see the portfolios which will be attached to each of the nominees eventually. I would have loved the portfolios to be attached to each of them go with the names to the National Assembly. This is so that competency in the fields can be tested. That is a fair way to assess the cabinet members.” Also the CACOL Director, Mr Debo Adeniran, said it was doubtful if the President assessed the performance of some of the former ministers he brought back, adding that if he did, he would never have reappointed them. On his part, the Presidential candidate of the Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party, Tope Fasua, said, “Buhari has just shot himself in the foot with the anti-corruption rhetoric. Also more than half of the team could never actually take the nation forward but are good for political considerations.” List full of ex-govs, says TMG However, the Chairperson of the Transition Monitoring Group, Dr Abiola Akiyode-Afolabi, in an interview with The PUNCH, said, “The list is a total disappointment. It is full of former governors and mostly old people. “One would have expected that the President would shop for more people with more expertise that can assuage the fears of the people of a bleak future. The capacity for them to push the agenda for development for Nigeria is very much doubted.” Enugu APC rejects Onyeama’s reappointment Meanwhile, the Enugu State APC expressed displeasure over the reappointment of former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Geoffrey Onyeama, describing it as a “terrible mistake.” The state Chairman of the party, Dr Ben Nwoye, in an interview with one of our correspondents, said Onyeama’s reappointment was not in the interest of the Enugu APC and the country at large. It’s an honour to have two nominees – Abdulrazaq But the Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, said that state occupied a special place in the heart of Buhari, adding that it was an honour to have two ministerial nominees from one state. In his congratulatory message to the two ministerial nominees, Alhaji Lai Mohamed and Senator Gbemisola Saraki, Abdulrazaq in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, expressed appreciation to the President. In his reaction, the Executive Director of Community Outreach for Development and Welfare Advocacy, Taiwo Otitolaye, said the list could not bring the anticipated rapid development and achieve the fight against corruption promised by Buhari during his electioneering. C’River APC backs Agba, says Buhari doesn’t know Uzani However, the APC in Cross River State has described the nomination of Jeddy Agba as welcome, saying the nominee “is the right man for the job.” The state Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr Bassey Ita, said, “As a party man, we urge him to look inward and nurture the party in the state. We need virile opposition that will take over the reins of power in the state.” On reaction to the non-return of former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Usani Usani, he said, “The President has said he will bring the people he knows. Maybe he does not know Usani.” APC hails Aregbesola, PDP derides ex-gov Also, the Osun State Government has welcomed the nomination of Aregbesola as a minister. The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Adeniyi Adesina, in a chat with one of our correspondents in Osogbo, said, “The Osun State Governor, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola, is happy with the nomination of his predecessor.” But the PDP in the state, described the nomination as “an aberration and a reward for corruption, incompetence, rascality and wasteful spending.” The party, in a statement by its Chairman, Mr Soji Adagunodo, said Aregbesola ran Osun aground as governor and introduced payment of half salary to workers and retirees. Adebayo, good choice from Ekiti, says APC, commissioner Also, the Ekiti State Commissioner for Information, Mr Muyiwa Olumilua, said the ministerial nominee from Ekiti State, Mr Adeniyi Adebayo, was a very good choice. He said Adebayo would do exceptionally well as a minister. Amosun’s loyalist emerges as nominee But the APC faction loyal to ex-governor Olusegun Osoba kept mum over the development as both the Chairman and the Publicity Secretary of the Caretaker Committee, Chief Yemi Sanusi and Tunde Olarunjoye, respectively, refused to answer several calls made to them. But, the state Secretary, Ayo Olubori, when contacted on the development ,said he was not in the best position to speak on it. He, however, said that Adegbite, a former commissioner and loyalist of ex-governor Ibikunle Amosu, picked to represent Ogun State on the list, “is not the party’s choice.” But when contacted, the Director-General of the Allied People’s Movement, Alhaji Sarafa Ishola, said, “Ministerial appointment usually entails nominations from various stakeholders. Appointment of ministers is the prerogative of Mr President. We run a presidential system of government. Olamilekan Adegbite is eminently qualified to represent Ogun State on the Federal Executive Council.” However, prominent people from Yewa/Awori decried the nomination, describing it as lopsided and unfair. One of the prominent leaders in the district, Mr Tunji Akinosi, said the nomination of Adegbite as minister ”is unfortunate, very unfortunate.” Samuel Awoyinfa, Sunday Aborisade, Friday Olokor, Samson Folarin, Success Nwogu, Tare Youdeowei, Raphael Ede, Tunde Oyekola, Ada Wodu,Bola Bamigbola and Abiodun Nejo. Mobile Mid-range flagships have continued to storm the market with different USPs and the most recent of them all is the production of battery-centric devices. Yes! The new definition of mobile usage and performance lies in its battery capacity. itel Mobile has proven over and again that it understands the clauses and the bends of the Nigerian smartphone consumer market and their need for a long-lasting battery in an environment with a minimal supply of electricity. This is not a claim, but a fact; and the brand has no plan to stop keeping to this fact. The introduction of a new power hero device- itel P33, on the brand’s long list of smartphones revalidates the strong presence of itel in the Nigerian market. Talking about all its intriguing features the device boast of long-lasting battery life with 4000mAh and artificial intelligence power master, 5.5″ HD+ IPS Full Screen which allows an immersive viewing and gaming experience, to a face unlock feature that allows users the opportunity to have easy access to the phone and dual rear cameras for the ultimate artistic photography experience. It doesn’t end there, the itel P33 is a device full of pleasant surprises The itel P33 comes with a Quad-core 1.3GHz processor coupled with 16GB ROM with an expandable slot up to 32GB for increased productivity and multitasking, while your quality selfies, pictures, and files can be stored up adequately. It also has Face ID and fingerprint scanner put in place so unauthorized individuals don’t have access to your device without your consent. It also comes with Android 8.1 (Go edition) OS built to enhance security for content safety, bold style for unique personalization and greater efficiency for battery life and space management. All these and more powered by a long-lasting 4000mAh battery for 80 hours standby time. What’s more? It’s now more affordable compared to other battery centric smartphones in the market. You all will agree with me that communication is very central for every relationship , thats why getting itel P33/P33 Plus is very "importanter".

When you think of the average Nigerian, what do you see? Perhaps, a resilient Giant with patriotic fervor, maximizing his potentials and abilities in a tasking environment, with eyes focused on the prize of becoming a viable force to be reckoned with in the society. You see a youthful soul irrespective of the age, and a trendsetter in fashion, culture, and enterprise, on which the strong foundation the Nigerian spirit emerges. In a diversified economy like Nigeria, it is not surprising that every day new brands emerge with a business strategy spun around creating top-notch products to cater to the needs of consumers despite the over-flooded competitive space. Through numerous advertising, PR and digital marketing schemes, persuasive information on their products are forced in the public eye. Ads pop up every minute, marketers put on a very convincing show in malls just to get a trial of their products, the process is exhausting, sometimes we just need these brands to take a breather. But, it is not every day you also get to see brands in an African market space get rooted in the culture of its consumers, carefully carve a niche for themselves, amass a genuine target audience whilst constantly trying to discover ways to expand their reach into the lives of these people beyond their products. You would find such outstanding examples in brands like MTN, Dangote, itel Mobile etc., as they have proven to possess what it takes to flourish in the African terrain. Since spreading its tentacles to African countries especially Nigeria in 2008, itel Mobile’s brand value and perception have always been aligned with the Nigerian spirit – resilience, consistency, and youthfulness. The Hi-innovative tech brand only came with one mission- to empower Nigeria’s economy by creating smartphones for everyone through best in class products that are reliable, trendy and affordable. itel Mobile is an encompassment of a unique brand development scheme, high-quality products that enjoy huge popularity within Africa, consistent improvement & more improvement as it cannot be overemphasized. For a brand that is committed to reigniting the Nigerian spirit in every campaign embarked on, itel Mobile has contributed immensely to Nigerian communities, through an initiative tagged “itel Love always on” that addresses issues such as health infrastructures, Education, fight against hunger and poverty. A vivid example is the nationwide CSR extended to children through the donation of educational materials to support the aspirations of the younger generations. Also, the moment when itel Mobile felicitated with its consumers to feel a little boost of nationalistic pride by creating an ambiance of patriotism in all retail stores across Nigeria on independence day in 2018. itel Mobile has reaffirmed the notion that they are not only a business-oriented organization with the duty of providing smartphones for everyone but also committed to communal development & giving back to society in many ways. Beyond the product, it is a brand that mirrors the resilience of the Nigerian spirit. It sees the struggles of the people and embarks on creating solutions to keep hope alive.

Yes, we understand you love your phone, it’s undeniable that we all have developed a love affair with this little gadget that has made life easier in terms of communication and connection. But please, can some of us use it smartly? The evolution of technology in Nigeria has brought in an influx of trendy, affordable and reliable smartphones flooding the Nigerian mobile market to the delight of everyone that desires to be a part of this mobile trend. As smartphone usage among Nigerians is growing, so are trendy slangs, languages, beliefs, and habits, some of which are annoying. In no particular order, here are 5 annoying habits that drive most of us crazy about smartphones and the people that love and use them. #1. The zombie texters: Raise your hands if you have ever had someone run into you or a car almost hit you on the road. First, you think it was your fault for not being alert, then, you realize it’s not, as the person has a phone awkwardly pressed to their ears or hands while walking or driving. This is all shades of wrong! Get a headset in case you have to make urgent calls while driving and if you are taking a walk, kindly put the smartphone away. #2. The loud phone talkers: It is very disruptive, distracting and annoying when you make a phone call in a confined space and you talk loudly or rather shout without putting those around you into consideration. Smartphone etiquette suggests that if you make or pick a call in a restricted area, leave the room, finish your conversation quietly and return to your seat. This unruly behavior is not accepted anywhere except in the market. #3. The flash masters: I think when flashing was invented, the intent behind it was to help those without airtime alert the person at the other end of the phone to call back especially if it’s urgent. But then, some people have mastered the art of ending calls at 0.00 seconds, an annoying habit to really put an end to. They will never call you even if they have the so call airtime. Daris God o. #4. The supposed-cinema assistance: Imagine this: you’re in the cinema, finally here to watch one of the most highly-anticipated movies of the season. Pop-corn, check. Drinks, check. Comfy seat, check. The movie starts and half-way in, probably a suspense-filled scene is on when all of a sudden, in the darkroom, someone’s phone light is illuminating the whole room because he or she is texting or even worse making a phone call right in the middle of the movie. C’mon! #5. The I beta pass my neighbor with 4 different phones: Are we not all guilty of this particular habit, flaunting not one, not two, but three to four different smartphones in the name of having multiple sims because of inadequacies from telecom providers. We get it. However, why not get a premium quality smartphone with dual sim compartments that check off the right boxes in camera quality, long-lasting battery, speedy processor, and security-enhanced feature like the itel P32. You can thank me later for this information and the device only sells at a retail price of N23,500. Talk about avoiding an annoying smartphone habit. Do you want to add to the list of annoying smartphone habits? Kindly share but first don’t forget to visit retail and online stores to purchase the battery- monster smartphone, itel P32 – a sure guide to avoid all these annoying habits.
