According to the story I heard, greed finished MKO, Samuel Doe who stole money in his country, transfered the money to his friend; IBB, IBB was smart, didn't allow the money to remain in his account, so that it will not implicate him, decided to transfer the money to MKOs wife either Simbi or Kudi, then, after the demise of Samuel Doe, Samuel Doe's family came to meet IBB for their father's money, IBB went to meet MKOs wife, the woman refused to release the money, IBB reported her to her husband MKO, MKO told IBB that IBB was wrong, dealing with his wife in that regard without his knowledge, therefore, he will not help IBB to retrieve the money. MKO and his wife sat on the money to enrich themselves the more. IBB got angry, felt cheated, and decided to fight back.
God assisted IBB with wisdom needed to defeat MKO and bring him to nothing.

The Wisdom: IBB set trap for MKO, MKO eventually entered the trap as he declared himself winner of June 12 general election,
IBB used the legal wisdom to sue MKO, MKO was convicted and jailed, MKO was treated like an animal inside cell as they chained his neck with very tick chain within the cell, go goes to everywhere within the cell with the heavy chain on his neck, as result of these inhuman treatment in prison, MKO eventually died in prison.

Setting the pace in tackling this menace in our societies called, "Get rich quick scheme".

Get rich quick scheme include activities like Betting, Gambling, and other forms of Ponzi Schemes.

Clearing the air about the controversy whether betting, gambling and other types of Ponzi Schemes is a sin or not. Some of the perpetrators will want to justify their actions towards the "business" by telling you that unlike internet scam that is widely known as illegitimate earnings but Betting, Gambling and other forms of Ponzi Schemes are legitimate and they are fine about it. Some do it as side Hussle while some specialised on the "business".

From my research, I found out that some people believe it is not a sin at all, some believe it is only when you do it in excess that it becomes sin - reason why God said the love of money is the root of all evil.

But I am telling you categorically that by Divine Revelation and Scriptural Reference, that EVERY BETTING, GAMBLING AND OTHER FORMS OF PONZI SCHEMES, IS A SIN, whether you do it little way or in excess, the watch word is STAY AWAY TOTALLY FROM IT

You didn't prove that betting and gambling is a sin, at least not scripturally, I am 100% correct on that.
While I am not encouraging anyone to indulge in gambling and betting, I will say that if you want to raise this type of topics, be sure that you can say it in a way that neutrals will, not laugh at you, as regards to ponzi schemes, if someone clearly knows that something is going to fail and he dupes unsuspecting persons to enrich himself, that is clearly a sin.

Every scammer is a thief, calling a spade a spade.
Whenever a thief is caught in some parts of Nigeria, even in some countries abroad, what they do is, they conduct jungle justice on them, by lynching them, stripping them naked, and setting them ablaze, sometimes at the front of their father's house, irrespective of age or gender. South Africans have done something similar against Nigerians several times in their country.
A thief in. Yoruba is called "Ole, in Hausa, "Barawo" wona Barawo ni walahi", in Igbo, I don't know what it is called.

Setting the pace in tackling this menace in our societies called, "Get rich quick scheme".

Get rich quick scheme include activities like Betting, Gambling, and other forms of Ponzi Schemes.

Clearing the air about the controversy whether betting, gambling and other types of Ponzi Schemes is a sin or not. Some of the perpetrators will want to justify their actions towards the "business" by telling you that unlike internet scam that is widely known as illegitimate earnings but Betting, Gambling and other forms of Ponzi Schemes are legitimate and they are fine about it. Some do it as side Hussle while some specialised on the "business".

From my research, I found out that some people believe it is not a sin at all, some believe it is only when you do it in excess that it becomes sin - reason why God said the love of money is the root of all evil.

Everyone knows the importance of money, in fact, not only in spreading the gospel, even, common going to church services, if you don't have money, you will feel ashamed, ridiculed, and embarrassed.
As a Worker for instance, every worker, by training, is obligated to be supporting the church financially, in RCCG, averagely, we give offering four times in every Sunday, that is, at Workers Meeting, we give an offering called, "Workers Purse, at Sunday School Class, we give another offering, during Sunday Service, we give Sunday Love Offering, then, in evening by 5, we hold House Fellowship with another offering. Other contributions may include Project Offering, as an Usher, sometimes when we have ushers meeting, we do give an offering, another thing that requires money, in any service unit, they may ask you to buy a particular uniform for that unit or if there is a special event or outing that requires uniform wears, you may be mandated to buy it, failure to buy it, sow it and wear it on the event day, you will not be relevant / recon with in that group, now,, imaging, all these activities requiring money may happen within just one Sunday.

Now, you are now trying to discredit my gospel, simply because I VOLUNTARILY requested for people's donation on something that is worthwhile. I didn't say you MUST donate, I said, you MAY, meaning, I am not desperate, I'm not forcing anybody, the last time I checked, God is not a bigger, if a man fails to support His ministry, God can raise stone, turn it to human, and make them to support His ministry, one way or the other, God must ensure His ministry prosper.

Cost of printing a copy of flyer could be #100 or even #200 or more, depending on the quality of the paper, and you will need to be sharing it in strategic locations, spreading it in major cities within your reach, the distance you will cover will be determined by the transport fair available, the people you engage in such aggressive evangelism/ preaching, logistics costs, etc. in ensuring the message spread in major cities around the country.
Channeling same message via social media too is not cheap, cost of graphic designs, data subscriptions, etc. Pasting postals on walls in strategic locations, if you engage people in doing these, the people will be paid for the job done.
So, you can't deny the fact that all these require money.
And in ensuring continuation, constant fund has to be provided .

The problem of get rich quick scheme, is rapidly destroying the moral values of our societies, destroying the image of our nation outside the country.
In abroad, the word, "Nigeria", is now synonymus with "scam", rituals, etc. that is what larger percentage of our youuths are doing on daily basis. They don't value education again, they don't even believe in learning trade, all they want is to become millionaire overnight through all manner of strange ways.
It is a shameful thing.
