Hi...it's been nearly 3 years so I can't say I remember much. And I doubt if situations will still be the same. Notwithstanding, I was given a test first, an accounting based test, i think 15 questions. The questions were straightforward for me. After the test was an interview almost immediately. I was interviewed by 2 persons. A lady who was physically present and a man connected via Skype. The interview questions were personality based. I hope this helps...
