I would advice you forget about it because you will get into trouble. I am speaking from experience. I had such experience 6 years ago and I thought it was my way to hammer. Little did I know that it would be an exercise in futility.

I came In possession of a Fanta mineral with dirt in it. I went to a lawyer friend and he made it plainly known to me that I can't win such case. That is if I don't get to be the defendant at the end. The following reasons was given:

(1) We are not talking about pure water factory. This is Nigerian Bottling Company. The kind of lawyers they have on their payroll are bigwigs. Any law firm that wants to represent you just need your hourly billing. At the end, it will be your loss.

(2) Before a bottle leaves the factory, it is THOROUGHLY inspected. From the washing to the filling to the corking and thereafter, it must be certified to be well pakaged 100%. If it doesn't meet the 100% standard, that bottle will be singled out by a detector. Even if one wants to go with the logic that an aggrieved staff can do it intentionally, is the detector also an aggrieved staff?

(3) It would be easier for the truck staffs to give you some crates than for you to milk the company. Losing such lawsuit will hurt them because many of such cases will surface and they cannot bear it. That is why it is difficult for anyone to claim to know any person who have benefited from that scheme.

There are still other reasons it would not succeed but these few will do. You may end up becoming the hunted. They don't have charge and bail lawyers in their payroll. Jesus be a fence!
