. We are on the same line here. But trust Nigerian police to abuse the process like they are already doing. Handing such powers to these half trained and corrupt officials in Nigeria police could be deadly. |

richie240: Una emotions nor dey allow una reason properly. If ur daughter had been kidnapped and you receive a tip off that she's held up in a particular location (on a Friday night), and the only way of getting a warrant is to wait till Monday, what would be your expectation? That the police wait till Monday b4 they step in to rescue her??
Una hatred/bitterness don chop una prefrontal cortex finish.
Confirmed kidnap case is different from random break and entering just because you suspect that Yahoo guys lives in a particular building. After breaking into one of my friends house, he had to pay about #25,000 as they said they found a small quantity of Igbo in his room. What sort of operation is that |

NikoWinaman: Nigeria has a general constitution but people forget that the forces in itself also have their own constitution especially when handling criminal matters. If many of you take your time to always watch the American FBI files or some documentaries you will understand these forces operation much better. There are clear instances that does not require the warrant and court orders although the suspect when caught by any forceful means can be released within a specific time if there was no sustainable evidence as at the time of arrest. But then if the forces are convinced the suspect is the criminal they need, then they begin to gather the necessary evidence needed for conviction before they go back for rearrest. Nigeria is no different just that the population are not so educated about most of these things unlike more developed countries. Do you mean they can go about breaking people's homes on mere suspicion. I don't really understand what you are saying. |

MasterJayJay: You break in, destroy properties and find no criminal. Will you repair what you have damaged? No! You leave like criminals because you are one. Criminals do not fix a damage they have done. I hear that they break keys and padlocks. And they pack them and go with them when they finish the operation. Probably to hide evidence. |

How can people be so bitter about politics just because their principal loss in a contested election. So because una principal loss, then those who who should stop living?
The terror opposition who never wished well for the progress and development of their own country From what am reading here, even the family of the slain Efcc operative knew down their hearts that something is wrong with the operation. They already accussed the FG of not providing bullet proof for the officers. Non of you will look at that development twice because you want to smear an Igbo man with dirty name. Regrettably, the officer is dead and hurriedly buried. Whatever you do in this life, don't be careless and reckless about it. Let Reno be warned before he goes mad with obsession on Peter Obi. |

Myrepublic: Minister of foolishness in diaspora. If Obi matter no kpai this man,he won't rest.
I see EFCC as criminal agency,or maybe it was hijacked from the original version for which obj created it.
Who don see EFCC raiding in the north before? Or don't they do financial crimes there?
The raiding is not even a problem, but why harass people? Look how they slapped the receptionist on the hotel raiding video. Reno didn't talk about that then o. Now,he don come out with his rotten brain, dey talk shit. He should go and join EFCC ,and jump fence too, make another person use pump action gun open his chest Exactly my thoughts. If the Efcc night raid ( breaking and entering) is justified, then those their supporters should join the Efcc and continue from where the dead guy stopped and let's see if their heads will not be blown open by the owners of the house. We are not barbarians in this country. |

Olu1000: You are funny ! So beacause the gun is legal and licensed he can shoot whenever he likes once he feels he is threatened? Even after the operatives identified themselves as EFCC agents. Why did he throw out the gun and hide in the ceiling after killing the agents? If it was actually self defense, why did he not come out and own up to his actions immediately? So because you feel threatened you can shoot at anyone even after they identify themselves as federal law enforcement agents? Common now ! Keep going about this news spewing trash. What are you expecting when you are breaking into someone's home in the middle of the night. The policemen who allegedly stopped some efcc men earlier don't know what they are doing abi? Are they not federal forces too? |

Come to Anambra and see how security operatives burst into people's homes in the middle of the night like thieves. They use hammer and metal cutters to cut keys and iron protectors after scaling fences. People have been complaining bitterly about this type of operation on radio station programs. How do you differentiate them from thieves. |

ozo13: does it mean it will get to a time they will just issue out visa to our Doctors with any exam hurdles again.if they try that it will boomerang more on our own health system The issue is not about personnel, it is about health facilities on ground. The number of patients waiting for treatment is much bigger than hospitals space. Like bed, oxygen and other health equipment. They need to build more hospitals and buy acquire more equipments, probably hire more staff. |
