I have always struggled with my weight until last year when I made up my mind to lose d weight. I used a gym and ate basically fruits and protein and in 3 months I lost 18kg. I kept it off for almost a year and after I graduated from Uni and sat at home I gained 10kg again. Now I have decided to get back in shape and thanks to a dear friend who introduced me to a slim tea, I have now lost 3.5kg in a week. I eat a lot of fruits as well. Working to lose 11.5kg more. |
