I recently graduated from the university and would be going for service by next year.

So I'm planning to start Self learning networking but I want to know from anyone that is currently a network engineer or learning like me, asides from practicing with packet tracer on my laptop is there anywhere I can get hands on/ real life experience with routers, switches and so on?

Because I'm worried about being able to get a job if I haven't worked with any real networking equipments but virtual once

What’s annoying is that we got him before mid season. There was a lot of expectations, and even if things won’t go well this season, at least try to experiment and stop sticking to something that is not working.

I don’t see anything special happening next season, as we don’t have the funds to do another overhaul in the summer. We just had one recently. Plus if we go all out for him, and he fails, then we would be in a much deeper shit.

Again, you guys are not getting it. ETH changed in his first season to suit the tools he had, and he did well. We eventually did an overhaul for whatever his style was but he decided not to revert. It’s different!

If you have players that can’t execute your style, we should not suffer for it by remaining stuck at the bottom of the table. Adapt and then go back to your style when you have ‘your’ so called players signed for you.

I understand he needs to be more flexible even when he gets his players. To me this season is long gone I dey wait for him next season no excuses

Why would you hire a manager that plays a formation that makes most of our players useless in the middle of the season? Personal any excuse for him ends this season. I don't think anyone here will continue to support him if this bad form continues next season
