With the release of the camon with a full HD display on the cost of 49999 everyone is happy and why not a beautiful design tremendous camera, eye print scanner octacore 64 bit processor is a pretty good deal but with all these what may the next phantom have to offer to make sure that those who bought the camon c9 regret and make sure that happened last year with camon c8 and phantom 5 don't repeat itself......... Well let's find out.
These are the major deal winning factors

DISPLAY
We do know that TECNO could opt in for a better FHD display or maybe even old or they could do what tecno always wanted to do and compete with the big boys with an old or IPS QHD display. This will surly put the phantom at another level away from the camon also in the pricing but we will get into that a little later.

HARDWARE
there are many ways they could go in this aspect especially in the processor. They could either:
1 Go with best thing mediatek have to offer in the Hello X10 chip which is its first soc which was seen in the infinix zero 3 and the HTC one m9+.............. OR
2 Go for a snapdragon processor which although is better, it cost a lot more or if they or if they want to go for a last Gen 810 and deal with its heat issues or the 808.
3 Wait until when we actually know that the recently announced helio X20 is actually working properly and we could have a phantom with with a deca-core processor yes 10 cores the first of its kind for TECNO.

RAM
3gb or 4gb of RAM and this could easily compete with the big boys and level it's specsheet with the HTC one m9+ and of course you need more RAM if you intend using all of your 10 cores. More cores; more ram.

STORAGE
TECNO need to up their game with 32gb or 64gb with expansion to 256gb via SD card.

CAMERA
the camera in the c9 is pretty good #throughthelensofthecamon but there is a lot of room for improvement and the #NEXTPHANTOM with a really better camera but to get people really look beyond the c9 the will need some. Ore features like laser auto focus, dual cameras, better secondary camera, better low light shots and a lot of really good PR to go with it but I trust TECNO here.

BATTERY
this is where Nigerians really look at in a flagship smartphone and the battery on the camon is well BAD and with the a potential QHD screen and 64bit processor you will need to pack him at least 4000mAh if you want it to stand out among other flagship and it needs fast charging PLEASE.

PRICE
With all these specs this device isn't going to be cheap but we really don't need it to be, as the flagship it just has to be competitive enough in pricing to other flagships. That being said the highest configuration here that is with QHD display, snapdragon chip, 4gb ram is recommended to be proceed not higher than 155,000 which at the present rate of 280 naira to a dollar is about $550 while the lowest configuration with either a helio X10 or X20, a really good 1080p display 3gb of ram will cost about 69999 to 89999 $250 to $320.

Ran Watchdogs 1 like a breeze on my 850m,same as fallout 4,gta V, etc..

Laptops post 2016 would already be equipped with thunderbolt 3 that would support desktop gpu's like the 1080 and nvidia has announced that 1080 cards won't have a mobile series but would be port into laptops albeit scaled back in configurations... just to make gaming affordable to all.

Please I will like to ask What is the cheapest laptop with thunderbolt 3 and how much is the cheapest external graphics amp add those together with the graphics card and tell me if that isn't more expensive than a full desktop PC with that same card.

And if you have gamed at max you will no why they are obsessed just saying.

Any gamer will be excited for the announcement of the new watchdogs game even though they were many who hated on the first game for not delivering (I not one of them) but you have to admit the game looks really good.

Of course we do know that graphics is not all as a game can have ground breaking graphics but in terms of gameplay the game doesn't just work not pointing fingers but such as the likes of quantum break best graphics game doesn't just work.

But hoping it works you just want to head on to steam by November and get it ............. not really you need to have a really beefed out PC we are talking a 970 or 390 in order to enjoy this game to its fullest but I know a lot of you NL gamers have some serious gaming rigs but if you don't just don't even bother waisting your money and stay at your highly optimized pes games on your 710m, r5 or even integrated graphic systems.

No it doesn't I don't bother with SLI because I'm still gaming on a 1080p monitor and the 970 is already overkill for 99% of games at that resolution. The only thing I think about is whether to run my game at 60 fps or 30 fps. I'm planning to get the GTX 1070 when it finally comes out. The performance is higher than a titan x and it costs far less than half the price of the titan x or 980 ti. Even Nvidia don't really recommend SLI anymore.

The fact that nvidia said it is faster than a Titan x doesn't mean that it performs better in real life gaming they may be talking about the indeed faster vram which is the fastest gddr5 vram it may just be wise PR stunts just like the 1080's demo with the 67° they may have packed like 12 fans in the test bench for all we know now look everyone is complaining for the temps we all no that vram is not all that matters but who cares people are still going to buy it cause its 'faster than a Titan x can't wait for polaris RX480.

The reason nvidia is pulling off all this stunt is because the feel they don't have competition that's why we need to stop giving in into all their PR stunts and indeed go for the better and more valued product.

-If you have ever played battlefield or grand theft auto 5 at 60fps you would not want to go back cause if you have the right configuration you can cruise around Los Santos at 60fps while looking way better on the pc while you only get just about 30fps(a slide show to some) abs about on medium to high settings on what you get on the pc
-Finally of you are willing to invest on a good pc you may still be able to use it for about 5 to 10 years on the same configuration if you are willing to pay the price while on console after some years many titles will stop supporting you console some years after the next gen ones comes out and still with the new ones the pc will have a new more expensive hardware that will still beat the consoles.

The pc gaming v the console gaming has been an issue for a while now so let me give a short summary here.

PROS

Console
-Relatively cheap for its performance as you can't currently get a similar new pc that can beat the 350 price tag of the xbox
-Very compact and also relatively quiet while maintaining good temperatures
-It lacks compatability issues as the pc since all its games are built for its specific hardware and a console game can work on any console it was built for
-The console platform and it's gamers has always been treated as premium gamers with mouth watering exclusive titles and console games just work even if there are very demanding and they get most games first

Pc

-The no 1 advantage for pc gamers is upgradability from the likes of the Cpu, gpu, ram, hdd, ssd, case, DVD drive, motherboard, psu can all be upgraded even by the user you don't even need to be too savvy as far as all the components are compatible but that is not a problem as there are thousands of sites dedicated to provide such information contrary to what someone here said a pc is full upgradable console us only on storage.
-Well the purpose of gaming if you want to game more then the pc is the surely the place to be as you get to play games at about half or a third of the price of the consoles and you can get 3 games on the pc for the same price as a single game on the console of course this is possible because if a pc game is too expensive pirate Bay and tarlock are not very far.
