People that are looking for customer service jobs should beware of people that call them for interviews o
They will invite them and ask them questions about customer service until they cannot answer and make them believe that they are not qualified for their fake vacancies and job opportunities. They will promise you job after trainning them for 2weeks that the company is from Telemarketing Diploma or telepoint, USA and has branch in 77, Opebi by salvation bus stop, ikeja, Lagos. They have many young Nigerian graduates defrauding other graduates for them. After they collect your money (about 60k or more), they will give you receipt that states clearly that they do not promise you jobs but only training so that you will not be able to sue them. If you are stubborn, they will send you to gnld marketing people. The experience is cracy. I am one of the thousands of victims and am writing this so you will not be victims like many of us. If you want to collect certificate, you can go but if you are looking for job, dont go and waste your money. They will brainwash you into paying the money. If you think you are smart, try it.
