That 2 + 2 or 4 + 4 means the other 2/4 is a virtual RAM on the phone.
Virtual RAM is a common feature on most Android phones lately. Virtual RAM uses part of the phone's internal storage to temporarily act as additional RAM. It is a RAM that is not physically present on the phone.

Since Israel struck first and Iran retaliated, let it end there. No need to escalate things. No matter how lazy or calm a sovereign nation is you don't expect her to fold her arms when trampled upon. Iran shouldn't be blamed that much here, Israel should take the blame.

Exposure of corruption from Alhaji Atiku Abubakar? cheesy grin

OBJ will be laughing his ass out
The OBJ himself was never innocent, but that didn't stop him from exposing Atikus's corruption. Why not attack the message instead of the messenger? This shouldn't be too hard to understand.

Defender your future? Going against a project that will benefit south?

Tell me which project them no dey inflate? All the ones that connected the North to Niger, were they quoted right?

Even if they don't do the project the money can still be embezzled

What do you mean by GOING AGAINST? He was never against the project, rather he was trying to expose the corruption surrounding the project.

And as for Inflating a project even though Atiku himself is not innocent, doesn't mean it shouldn't be called out when noticed no matter who is involved.

That is one of the risks of using a Curacao licensed / 1xbet clone bookie. They are very good at applying DDD(Delay, Do not inform, Discourage) strategies on customers.

If you need peace of mind use reputable naija bookies like bet9ja, merrybet, betkings, sportybet, and nairabet. Those 1xbet like bookies springing up on weekly basis are crooks. As for me if him no bet bet365 I no do.

So, this means bookies can chop your money anyhow, and if you have good system that always win, they can block you if chop them too much

That's unfair??

People need to be wise!

Yes, it is a very unfair world. The bookies have the power to do almost anything they want. And as a profitable bettor, there is nothing you can do about it. They can say they don't want you as a customer, they can reduce your betting odds or stake amount. As for me I use only reputable bookies like bet365. If not for that bookie I for don quit smart betting. God bless bet365.
Sports / Re: If Bookies Do This ,what Will Be Your Next Action by Sapeleboy911(m): 12:04am On Apr 01
There are already systems with such potentials in place, clear examples are value betting, arbitrage, and matched betting. Even though these systems are very profitable, sustainability is the major issue. The bookies will restrict, or gub your accounts in a very short space of time.

Depending on the bookie, multi-accounting can be very risky. Multi-accounting with Curacao license bookies like 1xbet, and its countless clones can be very risky. They are very sophisticated in fingerprinting you. And multi accounting is against all bookies T&C as such they can withhold your funds

Once you are restricted by a bookie like 1xbet you are automatically restricted by its numerous clones like 22bet, betwinner, melbet, paripessa, etc. because they share users' info.

Those Nigerian bookies that will not restrict you easily eg: nairabet, bet9ja, merrybet, betting, etc. won't offer markets where you can exploit them, or offer you very worthless odds, because they know their own weaknesses.

A typical arb will give you 3-5 percent profit. Imagine compounding your profit for a year. But no bookie will allow you to do that.

Having access to unlimited betting accounts like bet365 or 1xbet is as good as standing face to face with an ATM that keeps spitting money at you non-stop.

Man, this has been very frustrating for me. Spent over 30k for MTN, Glo, and Airtel internet subscriptions still I have been unable to place just 30 bets today. How I wish bet365 or Wiilhill has betting shops in Nigeria.

Dey play. I don't know which reality you are living in.

1. Binance is not the only CEX in the world. There are hundreds!

2. Taxation can only work with KYC exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, etc.

3. Nigerian crypto community will migrate to Telegram, WhatsApp, etc. for P2P transactions in order to avoid taxes on KYC exchanges.

4. Even it is possible to ban all CEXs from operating in Nigeria, Nigerians will migrate to non-KYC CEXs and DEXs for their crypto trading activities.

5. You literally cannot stop crypto activity in a Country. Even a technologically advanced country like China has not succeed in stopping it.

Exactly the Internet is bigger than x10 Nigeria. Blocking of VPN because of binnance is of no use. Honey combing saboteurs will be the best deal.

Oya please explain the better ways ago, we're listening

1) Ban finance in Nigeria, that is make binnance.com inaccessible in Nigeria and let those using it know that they will be dealt with if caught. Most users will result to VPN

2) Our financial crime-fighting agencies' tech wing will register on the same Binance using a VPN. They will pretend to be buyers and sellers on the same Binance.

Since they are on Binance and buying, they will get to know the big league's buyers and sellers manipulating our currency on the platform through several trades made with them. Their banking information and other details will be known. These agencies will act as a honeycomb to our currency saboteurs.

Have you imagined selling weeds to an undercover police and not knowing he is a policeman? Several Weed vendors, fraud merchants, and child pornography creators on the dark web were caught using this method. Even though they used cryptos in receiving payments, used VPNs, and connected to RDP, all in a bid to hide their tracks. They were still caught. Most VPN services will be willing to share users' logs with our security agencies.

The questions we should be asking are:
Are these saboteurs truly behind the surprise dwindling of the naira? How do those BDC agents get access to the dollar? Are there no insiders in these same governments aiding the naira downtrend?
The worm that eats the kola nut is inside the kola nut

Banning VPN url will drastically reduce the traffic from Nigeria going to Binance p2p to carry out their daily criminality.

There are better ways of mitigating such criminality instead of banning. Using a hammer to kill a mosquito is childish and naive.

Even after blocking VPN's url what about rdp, VPS, socks5, etc? You thought the Internet was one big compound that the landlords could lock the gates and keep the keys to themselves? Stop displaying your ignorance publicly.

The government did what? Did your government force you to commit fraud? A good majority of Nigerians in Ghana most especially the youths are into one form of dubious trade or the other. Can't you see what the Ghanaian was complaining about? Have you done some fact-finding or engaged him to prove him wrong?

And we all should stop this rhetoric of blaming our leaders and not including ourselves in the blame games for our country's misfortunes. Who elected or aided in giving the leaders access to our thrones? Why can't we hold our leaders and ourselves accountable?

Just 2015 the dollar was #216, and fuel was far below #500 even after subsidy removal. But most of us rejected it took a stand, and made the incumbent government rescind her decision. Buhari and his supporters blamed GEJ, and now BAT and his supporters are blaming Buhari, in 8 years' time The next government and his/her supporters will blame BAT and the never-ending loop of blame games goes on. None and his/her supporters are blaming themselves.

I've always being using airtel my area for past 2years. But recently got to notice that I don't see it again when I dial 312. I don't know whether it's my sim or they've scrapped it.
It still works on my Airtel sim. Although I don't intend to renew my subscription, since Airtel is almost useless in my current location.

On an MTN sim dial *312*1*5*4# Your daily data usage is capped at 1.5GB. If you didn't exhaust your data for a given day, it is rolled over to the following day.

Stuck with over 140GB Airtel 5k plan. There is no good Airtel network coverage in my new area. Worst of all I can't transfer more than 200mb.

Currently using MTN always on 45GB 6k plan for the time being. The Airtel 5k my area plan was a blast. 15k bonus airtime to call any network for 7 days.

I can only say what i know.
The barricades were turn down
if you are in that location youd know this.
Secondly i do not know if these traders pay the govt...
they may pay some certain fee but i do not know if it goes to the govt
I have seen some of these traders put their wares on hips of dirt, i do not know how any govt official will see that and still go ahead and collect levies without reprimand

I dont hold brief for the Lagos state govt.
The point I'm trying to pass across is that we are mostly lawless and evil.
The govt is just a reflection of who we are.
I do not see how any of the solutions will work, I personally do not have one.

Maybe WAI of the 80s can be brought back but then we would need a military govt to enforce such.

That is why I insisted on the government taking proactive measures. We are naturally stubborn, no doubt about that. It is an inbuilt trait.

Nevertheless, people will not watch a man trying to take his life, and not resist him from doing it, even though the life is his. If they insist on displaying their wares after several warnings then the state government should take disciplinary actions.

It was still in this very Lagos that Sanwolu went to Oshodi to warn them him self, they tried to barricade the area, still did not work.
What else do you want the govt to do. Mr know it all.

The footages are here on NL
They tried to barricade the place and it did not work? The traders stopped them or what? This shouldn't be an excuse please. If it collecting revenue from the traders, the government won't run out of options on how to collect it. You can do better in your thoughts process please.
