Are u using operamini? if yes, try using another browser nd if that doesn't work then your phone memory is full so u have to delete some of your files.

With my own view nd little knowledge i think u should try using etisalat even though u dnt have idm installed. Your location might be d reason u r experiencing d slow network ish.
