Hello, my great interns For those that think or otherwise, am so sorry for them you will be unexpected exit as I experienced that this morning after asked for VALIDATION FORM FILLED and Updated so what happened. like I know, last week I had asked for GIS if they know I will be exit soonest please exit me now immediately to go and join N-power, therefore I will be apply for N-power tomorrow, thank you for all.

So, the truth is that this N-power will be more reliable than GIS if I guess because they should pay you immediately at the end of the current month as workers pay as when due not like GIS where you be owed up to 4 months before you have been paid. and GIS now is not stable after they asked for filling Validation FORM for those want to remain in GIS and they are now removing Interns one by one. Please GIS not to deceit me, if you know you will remove me please remove me now then I should go and join N-power before they closed.

I don't think those in GIS can apply for the N-power programme why because it will be double earning and there is BVN but, i thing that one is more reliable than GIS even for payment structures.

Please, Times sheet for those who not fill their.

Nope! as you saw only 3days on your time sheet just check all in other to avoid loosing of yours, since you know most of us are using phone for browsing therefore when ever you saw even only 1day don't waste time just check all, similarly the moment you loosed the appropriate date so there is no way to make it again.

This time around time sheet was closed on 3th June and if you discover that you can't see your Acct. no, BVN no, Hired date and so on then you have been removed by GIS.

No me too i had saw only 3days for the first place but when I had checked all, I saw 31days.

GiS Our Stipend, Hmm!

No they only being owed me 2 month stipends. Feb.,Mar.

This GIS na WAHALA or what? They have mouth b4 saying GIS has funding for paying Interns for their stipend for the whole year 2015, but see now what was happened for imagine, as we all knew PMB had proposed to the senates for the Amendment of 2015 Budget extend to 31/March 2016, since December and they approved it but, see now how long no stipend. they owed us 2 month stipends no pay but i know they pay their workers under the ministry of finance. may Allah give us a concrete and genuinely job instead of this unreliable Scheme.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN GIS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN GIS

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE THE OPERATIONAL POLICY OF GIS. INTERNS MUST AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS TO BECOME AND REMAIN INTERNS ON THE SCHEME

1. Interns MUST complete their online timesheet for the number of days worked between the 1st and 5th of every month for work done the previous month
2. Interns MUST ensure that their employers approve their online timesheets between the 1st and 10th of the month
3. Non-submission of online timesheet by interns for any month means that the intern did not work for that month.
4. Non-approval of submitted timesheet by employer for any month means that the intern did not work for that month.
5. GIS will not process backlog payment for any period where timesheets were neither submitted by intern nor approved by the employer
6. Interns that do not show commitment to their employer and demonstrate consistent poor performance and conduct will be delisted from the scheme
7. Interns that do not adhere to the internal policies of their employers will be delisted from the scheme
8. Interns must complete daily attendance record in their place of employment
9. Interns must ensure the confidentiality of trade (business) secrets, and sensitive information of their employers.
10. Interns MUST be available for evaluation by GIS staff and its representative whenever required.

Hello, my fellow Interns, that GIS INTERN VALIDATION FORM is good to fill it when it have been sent to you, the main meaning is that, they want to remain you again as a INTERN to continue and that BVN no they want to remove those that manipulate double accounts in GIS and for those that working in another government Organization. thus is not by force is just only for those that sent to, but you can try the Web site whether you can get it, but the deadline is on 23/04/2016.
