You can do it yourself, just pick renewal and under renewal pick exhausted page and you just need to provide all necessary documents required for renewal....so you can do it yourself.

I need to apply for a new passport, as my current passport (still valid for 2 years) doesn't have any empty page again. Is there a different process for this?
