Position requirements

· Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media, online marketing and web solutions options, a must.
· 3+ years sales experience preferable in digital/Social Media and Branding (Facebook, Youtube, Website designs)

· An appreciation for and insistence on high quality deliverables and collateral
· Take accountability for delivering sales targets, driving business development, sales closing, direct marketing and merchant account management activities

Interprets and develop designs in line with information provided
Develops design briefs by gathering information and data through research
Proofread designs to produce high-quality work;.
Design graphics and document templates for internal and external use as required
Designing templates for proposals, company brochures, employee identity card, business cards using creative concept
Uses innovative graphic tools particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver
Develops concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites

Website Design
Develop, design and implement online content, tools and web styles for clients
Managing and redesigning of clients' websites.
Develop and implement a front line online presence by strategically positioning a company's website content
Manages the website by posting and reviewing contents.
Ensures that the website retains all brand attributes and reach the interest of identified key audiences.
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
Produce a consistent visual image on the company's websites by promoting uniform fonts, formatting, icons, images, and layout techniques.
Monitor and report on website traffic statistics on a weekly basis
Plan and execute all web, SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2-3 years of related job experience
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; must understand Flash and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions.
