Has anyone used west Houston medical centre?how are their services please

Most likely because on your daughters passport it says she can travel with either parents alone. .....so try the immigration office for clarification

I am due to travel in a few weeks but i want my mum to come with my toddler sometime in August. I hear we (hubby and i) have to do a consent letter for her to hold authorising her to bring my daughter.

Does anyone have experience with this? Pls let me know what details the letter should contain if you do.
