An International exhibition is coming up soon in Lagos, which will pull together giant companies around the globe.
Quotations are invited from reputable companies or individuals that can construct a booth stand designed for the upcoming exhibition.
The following are to be considered while preparing your quotation:
1. The stand must be light weight
2. Easy to install and uninstall on site
3. It will be delivered in parts and will be installed in the exhibition hall
4. The joints much be very tidy
5. Creative construction ideas and techniques will be welcomed.

NOTE: We have total of 41 booths to be constructed with different designs, if your quotation and delivery meet our expectation you will be contracted to construct more stands for our international partners.

Position: Manager, Finance & Administration
Years of experience: Maximum 5 years
Qualification: Graduate & Chartered Accountancy Certification
Skills:
Account management experience, client-focused solutions experience, project management skills, ability to communicate client needs with staff, talent for influencing client management, ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously, negotiation skills, listening skills, communication skills, presentation skills, and time management skills.
Roles:
1. Responsible for supporting financial management of the organization
2. Preparing monthly management accounts
3. Managing Petty cash and approving/disbursing staff travel and other expenses
4. Cash Flow planning and Working Capital Management.
5. Product Pricing and
6. Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and supported by relevant and verifiable source documents.
7. Ensure that all financial records are properly stored and secured.

Years of experience: Two years of relevant customer service experience
Qualification: Graduate degree
Skills:
1. Ability to manage multiple priorities
2. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers (phone and email)
3. Exceptional attention to detail
4. Proficient use of MS Office Suite and Outlook
5. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
6. Basic Math skills
7. Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
8. Hands-on experience with POS transactions
9. A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
10. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
11. Availability to work flexible shifts

Roles:
1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Create customer purchase orders.
3. Assist sales team by researching product availability, specifications and/or status of product order.
4. Process customer payments and collect pending payments.
5. Partner closely with operations, purchasing, and customer care and logistics teams to create a great customer experience.
6. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
7. Build productive trust relationship with customers.
8. Document customer change requests and modify orders.
