I have had this iphone 7 for quite a while and it suddenly developed baseband issues and couldn't get cellular network again. I have tried to source for a motherboard replacement or affordable repair, but I couldn't. So, it is up for whoever needs it. Maybe for parts or for usage, I dunno. The phone is still very neat, has a hairline crack running through the middle of the screen diagonally. Honestly, I don't have a price in Mind so make your offers... I will answer any questions about it.

Weirdoo:Do I need to contact you elsewhere or we gonn' talk here? |
Is the LG still available? Modified I googled the specs and I will prefer to bargain for the A50 instead. Is it still up for grabs? |
The Redmi Note 10 Pro definitely has a lot going for it, what with the 108 MP main camera, 120 Hz AMOLED screen and all that - and let's not forget the affordable pricing. But it is missing one thing, and that is 5G connectivity. The spread of 5G across the globe might have been hampered by the pandemic, but coverage is still growing at a steady pace, so even for a mid-ranger it's becoming important to offer the next-gen connectivity. After all, Xiaomi already has a few 5G 'Lite' branded devices in this class, but those are more expensive than Redmis. https://fdn.gsmarena.com/imgroot/news/21/05/redmi-note-10-pro-5g-rumor/-1200/gsmarena_002.jpg According to a new rumor, accompanied by the image you can see above, a Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G might be in the works. This looks like an official promo image for the Spanish market, and what's depicted is a smartphone that looks a lot like the Redmi Note 10 Pro from the rear. And then there's all the talk of challenging the limits of 5G connectivity and such. So could it be? Could this be our first look at the upcoming Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G? Well, obviously only time will tell but we really don't see why Xiaomi wouldn't be working on such a device. Hopefully it will get a better chipset than the Snapdragon 732G inside the 4G model. Rumor has it - it will be the Snapdragon 750G, which is still an improvement so we'll take it. It's probably best not to hope for the Snapdragon 780G, as the use of that would definitely cannibalize the sales of the recently launched Mi 11 Lite 5G, which is more expensive. Aside from this difference, it remains to be seen whether the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G will be identical to its 4G sibling. It's not a given, since the Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G are very different devices, despite the confusingly similar names. Source |
The Zenfone 8 Flip, as evident from its name, will feature a flip-up camera design similar to the Zenfone 6 (aka 6z), 7, and 7 Pro. The module will include three cameras - 64MP primary, 8MP telephoto, and 12MP macro. In addition, the smartphone will support 8K video recording, and you'll be able to use the rear cameras for selfies and video calls. The Zenfone 8 Flip will pack a 6.67" FullHD+ 90Hz AMOLED screen with no notch or punch hole, and it will likely have a fingerprint reader underneath for biometric authentication. The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC and have 8GB RAM and 256GB storage onboard. It will ship with a 5,000 mAh battery that will charge at up to 30W. The Zenfone 8 Flip will come in two colors and will weigh 230 grams. The Zenfone 8 is expected to be the "Mini" model in the lineup since it will sport a 5.92" FullHD+ screen. And unlike the Flip, the regular variant will have a punch hole in the top-left corner of the display for the selfie camera. The rear panel of the Zenfone 8 will feature a rectangular camera island housing a LED flash and two shooters - 64MP main and 12MP macro. The smartphone will also record 8K videos. The source claims that the Zenfone 8 will have a Snapdragon 888 under the hood paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. But we've heard of 6GB, 12GB, and 16GB RAM, and 256GB storage as well. That said, fueling the entire package will be a 4,000 mAh battery charged through a USB-C port at up to 30W. The Zenfone 8 will also come with the 3.5mm headphone jack located at the top. The smartphone will weigh 170 grams and have two color options. Source:https://www.91mobiles.com/hub/asus-zenfone-8-flip-specifications-renders-exclusive

No be juju be this? |
I am interested, in Imo state. |
valzey:Thank you |
Rgade:I understood more about the nature of Visual Studio Code. Thanks for your comment. Much appreciated. |
Dominique123:Way to go. Thank you. |
Thank you everybody that contributed. I googled and got compliers for the languages and how to install them. So Everything is all set now. Though I have to confess, those IDE's on mobile phones with their built-in compilers were more cool. |
For a while now, I have been learning to code on my mobile phone, and I have made noticeable progress in Web dev and a few programming Languages. My problem had always been the need to have separate apps for each language. That was when I decided to move my base to my PC(I used it mainly for minor graphics editing and games). I installed the widely recommended Visual Studio Code, but I couldn't understand jack from the layout. My code wouldn't even compile talk-less of run. After exploring the app, I found the extensions section and I quickly downloaded extensions on the languages I will be working with, but still, I didn't see the differences they made. I will really appreciate help on setting my workspace up. Thank you in advance. |
Please I need help with this, I put my iphone x in water to show off, seems the water got into the phone and now the screen is misbehaving. I need it replaced with the followcome screen. OLED or nothing. I am currently in owerri, so I will prefer someone in Owerri for the repairs. How much will my folly cost me? |
How can someone sell those phones at those prices? Samsung Note 21 for 90k and A72 for 70k? 20k price difference between a flagship and a midranger? kwantinue. |
I just noticed from the specs on Jumia, there is no 4G, and the display is very crappy. Something like 480x840. A very crappy mediatek chipset, and, what the heck is 800w in the camera for? |
From the attached picture, he lost -$10,000. That seems like profit to me. |
This has been my most productive post on Nairaland so far. Thank you all who contributed on the matter, I really appreciate. Those who were offended by my ignorance, or perhaps, half-baked research, my sincere apologies. Off to order my own Note 10 pro. Peace. Out. |
atheistandproud:Thank you Sir. I had already cleared myself of the web of confusion I was covered in. Turns out only the base variant sports a plastic back cover. But, I have to admit, it's one hell of a confusing line-up. And some websites kinda missed the whole specs up. I'm a big Fan. |
Xiaomi1:My point is, all the variants feature a plastic back. I take it back |
Xiaomi1:It's not generic. What you pointed out is the difference between Note 10 pro and Note 10 at the back.
|
Rayliousity:Makes sense. |
Xiaomi1:I am not a Marketer. I was almost fooled by those websites. I posted something above |

Xiaomi1:Maybe you should condemn a little data and look up teardown videos on the said phone. Let your eyes convince you. |
atheistandproud:An honor Sir. I am a fan But check this out: pocket-lint.com/phones/reviews/xiaomi/155911-redmi-note-10-pro-review

So, I wanted to get myself a new smartphone, and checking some notable websites, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10/10 pro devices were making the waves. It fitted my budget perfectly and packed some specs and features I could make do with (IR blaster inclusive). As is usually, normally with a majority of phone buyers, I started making researches, checking the best prices on online market platforms, reading and watching reviews and comparisons. The specs were good, most reviews encouraging and with the recommendations praise-singing Xiaomi enthusiasts on Nairaland still resounding in my memory (the recommendations weren't to me directly though), Oh, how they took it to victory against a more priced Samsung A52 so impressed me, even the viral bend test failures couldn't deter me. To me, I just found my new phone. Well, not until I noticed something in those bend tests. The spec sheets on many top websites and the reviews of some popular youtubers stated the phone had Gorilla glass 5 on both sides of the phone with a plastic frame separating them. It was no big deal, since the had the same on the previous Note 9 series. But in one instance of those bend tests I watched, the phone was bent to an extreme curve, and, not surprisingly, the front glass/display shattered, but the supposed glass back took all that concave bend like a pro, with just minor creases. I had to go back to online spec sheets, just so I didn't appear forgetful to myself, and it(back panel) was clearly mentioned to be glass. So my next logical step was to check YouTube teardowns, starting with the official Xiaomi teardown video. The video was clearly computer generated and no mention of the back panel or the material used was made. Further on, in Individual teardown videos, and scratch tests, it was really glossy plastic. My point: Not that it's a big deal for a phone to have a plastic back, but it's really disturbing to find a lot of tech websites peddling that bit of almost ignorable misinformation. Makes me wonder. What other specs need to be fact-checked (if that word exists)? Did I stick my nose in too deep in matters that don't need that much attention? The floor is open. Sorry I didn't attach videos and links. Will probably do that in an edit. |
I might just be the buyer yo' looking for. How much are you selling it? Serious Buyer. |
TheDejiEmpire:Okay... I will consider selling it as scrap. |
My iphone 7 just developed a baseband circuit problem, and as a result I have been unable to activate after ios update. I need someone who can fix it, or anyone who has a fully functional logic board. Thanks in Addy. PS Recommendations are also welcome. |
