There is a new development in ASUU strike saga with the FG trying to hide behide the state and chicken out of the on-going negotiation with ASUU. Though i want the strike called off, i still think that Nigerian govt has no regard for education and the students therein. I am afraid with the way this thing is going there will be a huge increament in our skool fees to an unbelievable ton that will cos students to withdraw and think of joining the militants or religious sacts as the case may be. I always ask myself how can a reasonable govt allocate %1.171 of d budget to education? Then %98.8 be used for what? Drink beer? I heard some school has resumed so we are going back to the learning environment that is next to a forest with the kind of grass that has grown there. Now i cant say i regret being a Nigerian but this i can say: i regret being led by unreasonable, visionless, unnecessarily greed people whose sole aim of going into politics is embezzle public fund. Its a pity.
