One common trend in this our current democracy is to give legalize illegality let's learn to call a spade a spade that you did something wrong and people keep forgiving you doesn't mean everybody will keep forgiving you there will come a day you meet someone who will say no enough is enough hence Fubara is on the right part I stand with him

Truth is bitter that is why Nigeria remains the way it is. I am just an observer. Nearly all the self acclaimed Social critics today are pro government activists during Jonathan government.

In 1999 when our Democracy was very young Senators Wahab Dosunmu and Obanikoro from Lagos State decamped from Alliance for Democracy into PDP while Tinubu and all the instruments of governance in Lagos are in Alliance for Democracy (AD). Since that time up till Obaseki in Edo State and the present cross carpeting at the National Assembly. No problem but because it has to do with Rivers State even when officially they have not been admitted into APC and there is no any official ceremony to that effect. Let us assume they have decamped, what happened to the previous people since 1999 till date and what would be the judicial interpretation given to those that are recently decamping at the National Assembly? Is it because it is from PDP or LP to APC and not the other way round as it used to be?

Your opinion doesn't matter the government of Rivers state has taken a position and Martin and friends know that no Court in Nigeria can reinstate them that is the Nigeria they created until after Fubara tenure

These people keep deceiving Fubara and cashing out heavily before game over. Fubara needs to throw in the towel now. Withdrawing that case means accepting the judgement that he never agreed with. While never agreeing with the judgement he has passed another budget. Since he has passed another budget he would have followed the previous appeal in a conclusive end. You can't agree at one end of the judgement and fail to implement it. With this now he has by himself declared 2024 and 2025 budget illegal. The house now with Amaewhule being the speaker until the Supreme court rules otherwise can ask him to present the 2025 budget and if not complied could be a ground to initiate impeachment proceedings
