Closing this trade with 15pips loss and -0.3R. Only wanted to eat from a suspected retrace I thought I saw coming. Let's stick with the ongoing buy trade and recover much much more.

Adding a 3rd and final shot to NASDAQ at 8995 SL brought down for all 3 trades to 9025. The US stock Market should start behaving normally now, the Government has confessed to manipulation.

By my calculations with AUDUSD and usdcad I don't see AUDCAD going beyond 9023.

I think you erroneously said strength on JPY pairs [which actually means XXXJPY pairs would go up, instead of strength on the JPY [which means XXXJPY pairs would go down], get my drift?

Ok look at why I'm sort of confident on this one, USDCHF is going down which is in normal response to USD weakness. I've looked at USDCAD to corroborate the movement of USDCHF as they are most times now back in correlation these days.
If USDCHF and USDJPY continue down [which I bet on because they clearly responded to USD weakness], then CHFJPY should anytime from now follow its constituent pairs [USDCHF ÷ USDJPY i.e 109.48 ÷ 0.9727 = 112.55, like @infofirst pointed out earlier], as the pair hasn't moved it's own move down yet.

Gold behaved golden on NFP again, just like the start of the week. Went only 12pips against our re-entry before giving us a cumulative 250pips after NFP. The coming weeks would bring us more beautiful trades by God's grace. Amen!

So both trades are cumulatively up 110pips [on standard lot,as that's the minimum lot to trade indices]. What better day to expect a sell off when:

*Price was around an all time high and psychological figure of 9000
*A wicked divergence [@PipMarshall this is my major use for RSI] had appeared since around 8700. I trade divergence more aggressively. There are more conservative methods.
*Gold kept hovering around a critical level of 1540 [she is inversely correlated to US stocks as explained before]
*Coincidental that NFP [a very important news that can move gold over 1000pips in a few seconds] was coming out just around indices at 9000?

If only we could read then practice, rinse repeat, rinse repeat, there is a whole lot to be learnt on here in practicals for free!!! For those that condemn the valuable lessons from the kind gentlemen on here, you are the problems of the black race!

Gold move with tension, right now the tension btw US and IRAN has died down, gold is likely to test 1520 before reversal.

My dear brother, I'm not doing your fundamentals again, if they want, Trump should propose to President Rouhani, I'd stick to the levels I've always traded successfully till now, I leave fundamentals to the gurus abeg .
I still feel if GOLD didn't break 1540 the first time the fall from up was just profit taking by big investors from all the way down around 1420 buy. Read these two previous posts and the corresponding charts.
I'd explain this when my eyes are clearer and keep your eyes on this page I'd be giving you a trade where we'd risk between 4 to 7usd for a 2000pip gold move In Sha Allah.

You're right about being a sentimental commodity with gold, but if market is really down till 1520 or 1500 why did 1540 hold for the frist attempt? I think market may take her down more later...maybe say around 1400-1450. Because for me once market turned back down to 1540, it didn't just go direct to 1500/20 to try to form a year low? For now, I'm with the bulls as regards her. But again I may just be wrong!

If you noticed I didn't close my GN trade even though I closed the GA, I noticed some weird inverse movement with Pound pairs. Look at how GA, GU and GJ moved before the news. You'd notice something

Expected the inverse relationship with USD and safe havens to push GJ down but it is pushing higher to my SL.

I don't know if I should be happy as these trades and the 2gold entries are up about 200pips. Expected much more from this NFP. Some profit is good anyways. Catch up laters. Last NFP went up and then down with gold hope its not same scenario. Guard your profits.
