I'm buying Gold 1681 SL 1673 and holding over the weekend.

Daddy, I realised it helps you hold trades longer and gives you the ability to take off profits to grow your equity while you free your margin to take new trades. Like here I closed all other positions in about 500pips moves and then let this 20% of my total lots play with whatever the markets has to offer.

The pairs might be in positive corelation but they won't always have same volatility. See how GJ has given almost 1000pips but AJ is around just a tiny 600pips. So instead of investing the covid19 palliative that baba paid in my account to buy 2 danfos, I used some to buy 1danfo and 1keke. More like diversity of investment.

Moreover, I've learnt to respect the individuality of each pair these days. Come and see the day GJ was going up and EJ went down, I thought it was happening because my phone battery was at 6%

Why not just enter all the positions on one pair? Just curious.

For lack of understanding, I would like to ask why an old hand in this game would post stuff like this? How does it benefit anyone? If all we did here was post trades running in 100s of pips after the fact, would you come to meet an active thread?

Risk management is what keeps you going for long. You will be wrong several times. You must always define and manage your risk. That's the only thing you have a control over. Your allotted risk.

Ideally, you should not risk more than 3 % of your account balance per trade. And don't go less than RRR of 3 for any trade.

If you're ready to be patient and see this as a long term but surely profitable venture you'd put that about 150USD to good use. Read through the pages of this space and grasp an appreciable knowledge of what this thing is all about and then decide which trading methods might suit you. Then you'd begin to ask the right questions that a couple of the great guys here would be willing to assist you with.

Do not get into this with desperation as that's already a sign you'd do everything wrong. Go into this like an art you'd need time and dedication to nurture you to perfection. I asked him to teach me how to trade, he asked me to go get 50k (as per friend) as he used almost 100k to learn.

Why is the training so costly?
How much did it cost you to learn
If I learn it and I start trading with 100k for instance, what's the highest I can turn it to.
