The recent sell-off in USD/CAD continues, but at a slower pace, ahead of the first key data print out of the US, the weekly initial jobless claims release.

Gold is a good buy at 1626 again SL 1622 TP still 1700.

Trade is 60pips up, if you joined the group today, you owe me like 50naira already. These are the setups we discuss in the chat group and In Sha Allah, we learn daily.
Why did I take this setup?
Although there is no divergence on the H4, but price is at a good TL support on that TF. Then there is a divergence on H1 which most times can give you many pips. I said I would wait for my entry point because most times when price approaches 2 TL it breaks the first one and you feel it's a break out and start selling then it bounces off the second one, which happened here.
Once it breaks back that first trendline to the upside, I have confidence in the trade and would move to BE after like chicken change 60/70 pips profits �
News is coming, it should push this and Gold up more.

About the reversal point, one thing I have learnt is there will always be justification for any reversal. Could be that the fat finger that triggered that move in their pool was targeting the same level. We'll never know. But hey, that's why technical analysis works. What you are seeing, so many others are also seeing it.. So, self-fulfilling prophecy.

You would probably have more expertise on these, I would have otherwise thought that brokers whom reflected that move operate on direct liquidity with their financial houses and how could it be just coincidence that price reversed from a perfect EW impulse point?
Gold was meant to have reversed from 1636 [it actually did from 1638] to 1500 for an impulse leg and then head back up to 1700 and upwards of 1900. But that should have taken around 3/4 weeks not 1min, lol.

Nawa o. 1000+ pips fake move. Tickmill had that issue at some point and refunded traders what they lost. Hopefully these ones will do the same. Any broker that can have such moves that are not universal.. Hmm.

Stop losses are ignored in those situations too which is why proper position sizing remains the best remedy.

Bro, your chart is reading very very differently, if maybe it had accounted for the 1000pips drop the commodity just did in the past few minutes then you'd have taken off since
Yoursystem is quite reliable and I'm now a bit cautious of my position but whatever you do,please ensure minimum risks for this pair, imagine if you were scalping for 5pips and this happened, na to run go village or your broker go find you oh.

If you have some cash to spare on the side, you should invest in silver bars, they are a safe investment that could get as high as 5X its present value or more, way faster than any land you buy now or property to rent would accrue [even if you're getting 10% annually].
A 1kg Silver bar should be like N300K at this rate while that of Gold should be about N18m at these rates.
Remember when I said we should buy around that 1550 area for the long run?
