This person that wrote this shit is the biggest fool, I have come across in this world. It is the type that they will tell kill and he/she won't ask questions. Do you think you made sense idiot! That is why the Igbo or ibo tribe remain the same! That is why no ibo person can't ever reach the highest position in Nigeria (your own country) because you look at greed and cheat at everything and everybody but yourselves. Sorry! I can only say sorry for you and your lot like you!

I saw the Referral, wanted to conclude that it was scam but remembered that I got an invite of a job in that format where I was told that I was over qualified. The job was old though. What spiked my interest was the rest of the content of the message as scam then they slapped it by suggesting that you check them up through their website. Very smart move but going is the only way to know, how true or false they are. My thoughts!

I smell scam but you can check them out for research purposes! I will to know this new pattern!

It's not like the don't have money to pay but they are looking for trouble. i will not leave them i will take action against them because other 10 tenants may do the same thing if i leave them

I advice go to court and resolve the matter fast. Also do it well and make sure you use this guys matter to teach the others. That is what we did, when we faced this particular problem. We used some scapegoats to teach the others how to behave and now, they are following without any instructions or arguments.
