@all just a quick one.
Me and DH initially applied for the same visa category ie B1/B2 VISA and was denied.
My question is ,
1. if we applied for the right visa category or not as i am about reaplying again?
2. Intially we used doctors clinic address as our US point of contact in our ds-160 or Should we change to it hospital address since we have both hospital and doctor's correspondence

Hi Vo, i was denied visa today lag embassy this morning with DH.
I want to confirm if i can apply alone. Possibly this week.

Me. Have be to ghana and my dh have been to china for business.

Me: 15k ( did not present my budget sheet)
Vo: what did you do
Me. Assist my hubby in his business
Vo. How did you intend to pay?
Me: ( i fvk up big time here) . Pta from stanbic.( did not even my debit card)
Vo: types for ever. Handes over the blue paper.

1.Can you pinpoint the possible cause of denial and solution?
2. Can i apply immediately?.
3.can i reapply again in Abuja?

Immigrant visas are only processed in Lagos. So if you have questions on an immigrant visa, as is clearly the purpose of this thread, then no, you can't apply in Abuja.

@shrekandfiona Thanks, but the business in solely an online business based in Nigeria ,i was the one managing it online so i can do that irrespective of where i am in this world?. i also think that is not a barrier.or what waht did you think?

DH, will be travelling to china from USA on a business trip but will finally come back before delivery. ( i did not reveal the info to the vo).

does it make any difference in my next application?

i also confirmed that next appointment will be in 2 weeks time and i will be due in April.

I am humbly appeal to all veterans to kindly list the possible cause of denial and if i should reapply asap.

Took phema's burden of proof and additional hospital correspondence from doc in florida which budget is nearly the same as dr.F. which i intend to use incase.
