.... Gambari is describing what happened immediately after the thing returned from "medical treatment" 2017/18, only select few top members of the APC cult and occultist elites knew what went down. Like Boko Haram/fulani herders this stuff is way above the Nigerian elites, it's a NWO (new world order) satanists/ luciferian intelligent agencies massive operation -they test run projects in Nigeria all the time. The occultists formed a cabal around the thing to protect the NWO project and loot to their hearts content, there were cases of low level staff tricking the thing into signing documents for fraudulent purposes. Many relatives (e.g the one nicknamed "Idiagbon"  recharge card seller became rich overnight.Majority of APC cult members suspected what was going on and it became free for all looting, borrowing. The buck no longer stops at the president's desk. Emefiele went "buck wild" !! This was why Okorocha and Amosun threatened to expose what they know when they didn't have their way in the APC primaries. However the cabal was careful to complete the state capture Buhari started before he became something else. Aisha and children were locked out but Aisha knew the thing was not her husband (a woman sabi her husband regardless of alteration). She kept quiet (otherwise ?) and eventually joined in the looting as she watched others using her husbands name to amass stupendous wealth.
