.... how do you go about state capture ? 1. Take regime change by ballot box out of the hands of the masses by first capturing INEC & Judiciary, eventually opposition will come crawling on their knees over to you, those who resist will have their moral compass shattered eventually. 2 Weaponize poverty by devaluing the currency and removing subsidy without first putting any cushion in place -eventually you'd have the masses (completely powerless to effect regime change) eating out of your hands.
